A different Napa sold me the wrong parts. I drove all the way across town trying to help someone fix their car and realize the parts were incorrect. Went to this location to try to exchange them, they closed early .

Great Customer Service ? for such a quick service y'all provided us very helpful, Scott was amazing he check for us a couple parts we needed and from all around the Fort Worth and Arlington area only Napa had them in stock so luckily Thank you.

I was in need of coolant and brake fluid for a top off. Upon arrival at the store it appeared to be closed from the outside. I confirmed the hours on the door and they were indeed open. After opening the door and entering, the lights were off and it was an overcast day which made it difficult to see within the store.The associate was working on the computer when I entered and failed to greet me. I had to ask him where the coolant and brake fluid were located. The coolant that I needed was kept in the warehouse section and he had to go and retrieve it. As he was retrieving it I decided on the brake fluid and confirmed the price on the shelf.Once he returned and rang me up and gave me the total, I asked what the price breakdown was for each item. The coolant was the correct advertised price. The price that he gave me on the brake fluid was higher than the shelf price. I pointed it out to him and showed him and he just blew it off and said that they haven't sent out the new stickers with the price change yet and expected me to pay the higher price. I told him to remove the brake fluid from my order and after standing there for a moment told him to just remove everything and I would get it from somewhere else.It is not the customers fault that you have issues updating the shelf prices. It is absurd if you expect the customer to pay a higher price than what is shown. I have frequented many Napa locations and this one is subpar from my experience today.

If you have specific questions about a part that requires them to actually get up and go look at it, they act like you asked them to walk a marathon. I understand they have a big warehouse but geez. Had to do this twice because I have a reman transmission that has an oddball seal. All I wanted was for them to measure the outside lip of a seal because the dimension wasn't online. Both guys gave me attitude although it only took 2 minutes for each to go measure the part. Never encountered more begrudging parts counter folks. Definitely done with this NAPA.

Have been here a number of times to pick up my orders I placed online and have never had any issues. It's a little hidden in the back, but have a big warehouse in the back.

I can't speak for the company in general because after many stops at other locations and rude associates I was very apprehensive about the brand altogether. I was lucky enough to find Brittany at the South Arlington location has amazing customer service skills and follows through with her word thank you Britney.
