My experience with Motor Magic Automotive has been the worst. My GMC truck needed some auto body parts replaced after an accident. The owner assured us that he would complete the work needed within 2 weeks. We are now going on 3 1/2 months w/o any work done on our truck. Every week it was another excuse for not completing the work needed : waiting on parts, needing to paint parts, need a couple of days more, etc, etc… I finally had to pick up our truck which was in pieces and take it to another auto body shop. I don’t recommend Motor Magic Automotive and the owner Jerimia at all for any automotive services . Truly disappointed with this business and the owner. My next step will be to sue for the monies paid to complete the work and purchase of parts.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Motor Magic Automotive is the best place in Arlington by far. I had an excellent experience! Customer service is exceptional. Jeremiah answered all my questions! 10/10 recommend!

I took my 2017 kia sorento to get looked at for burning oil. Which is a common occurance with these. Not only was the price reasonable but you will not find a more honest place in all of DFW. The amount of care and consideration this shop shows to its customers goes above and beyond. They put you first an lt shows in every interaction on top of in depth expertise of your vehicle with the ability to explain and break down exactly what your issue is and what it will take to fix it. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Kia however I would not recommend.Service: Engine repair

Where do I start.. I've gotten to know the owner and it is amazing to see the work he is capable of. Anything from basic car care to full blown restoration. It's rare to find such a full service one stop shop. I almost want to find excuses to go there and see his work. Some of those automobiles there will tell you he is trusted!

This place is great! I think this is my first review but I had to leave one for this establishment. While everywhere else was charging an arm and a leg, or either completely backed up, motor magic came in clutch! They helped me out with my car right before making a long trip, and were super considerate during the entire process.They constantly went over and beyond to provide the best service they could, even during covid. And, they got my car back to me at a reasonable price before I had to leave town! Thanks again to everyone at the shop that worked on my car!Services: Electrical repair

I got some coilovers installed here and they gave me a really affordable price, probably the best price in arlington, for the install and alignment. Gave me a good middle ground when it came to the height and even offered to adjust if i didnt like it. Really good people over here

Ford tried charging me $500 for a $10 part. The family at Motor Magic made me feel comfortable and not taken advantage of.And they have a female technician! How different!5 stars for fast and personal service and reliability

I took my Maserati Granturismo and C6 Corvette to these guys and cant thank them enough for the honesty and quickness that they fixed my problems . I probably would have paid five times as much as what they charged me anywhere else and the best part is that I am one hour away from them and they even delivered the cars to me. I would highly recommend Jeremiah and his staff. Im a car collector and a dealer in Dallas and i have found my shop choice for repairs in Arlington well worth the drive . Customer for life and they are getting all my friends who have car issues sent to them from small jobs to major engine rebuild ,my next car will be my Factory Five GTM taken to them for racing shifter new cables and transmission mods.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Im an automotive detailer and I went in to Motor Magic to see if I could get a brake change on my 1984 Bronco 2. She's my baby and I had heard from a friend that they would do it. When I got there I expected a small little shop. I was shocked to see how much space they have and how much they actually offer for services. They are a one stop shop. Not only did they change my brakes perfectly, they repaired a few vacuumm leaks and tuned my carb for me. A+++. Its so nice to find a trustworthy place take care of my baby!
