They say the words of a customer are worth more than any consultant. Well, I'm going to make a gift of these: The first time I went there, the counter sales person had no idea what a fixed orifice is. But okay. The second time I went there, the sales person tried to sell me a 2-ton filter drier for a 4-ton unit. Told me it would work. I'm disappointed.Next time, I'll drive a little farther and go to a better place.
