Always so friendly and helpful. The car is still looking and running great after 18 years.

I bought my Mini Cooper here in Jan 2022. With that purchase, I’m supposed to get free oil changes, but only at the dealership’s service department. I’m due for an oil change, so a few days ago, I called and made my appointment for today, Saturday. It’s a 60min roundtrip drive to and from the dealership, and when I arrived today, they tell me that they sold the Mini franchise in Nov, so now if I want the free oil change due to me under my maintenance plan, I have to go to the other BMW dealership that bought the franchise (20min in the opposite direction), or else pay them $100 to get the oil change done here. I called the other dealership, but their service department is only open Mon-Fri, which, like it would be for a lot of other folks, is pretty inconvenient for me since I work during the week.I know that I’m not the first Mini customer to have called the service department since they sold the franchise in November, and it feels like such a small and simple courtesy for them to have shared this information with me when I made the appointment. Since they didn’t, it feels a bit like they want people to get there and just pay the hundred bucks for what’s supposed to be a free oil change. It’s weird poor customer service, too, that they didn’t inform their list of customers about the ownership change when it happened at the end of last year — I had no idea.

Perhaps the worst customer service ever. Called the parts phone. sat in the que for 20 minutes wih no answer. Called the operator, she tried calling internally with no luck. I was then transfered to the "service" department where i was told they would transfer me back to parts. I asked that he not transfer me and maybe go look to see if they had all gone home (on a Monday at 9:30am). I was told no, he couldnt help me... so much for "service". I thn asked how was it that i was supposed to check and see if theyhad a part in stock if nobody answers the phone. The answer i got from the "service" advisor was ... "you can just come down here... I cant help you".Needless to say every time I have had to deal with this dealership i have had the most inconsiderate associates and poor responses. I guess i will just go to a different mini dealer.

We had an excellent experience at MINI of Arlington! We drove up from the Austin area to look at a different used car at another dealership but weren't happy with it, so we decided to look at a similar one at MINI of A. It was a little late in the day but they were able to get us in, let us test drive and didn't rush us out. We worked with Manny and he was fantastic. He did a great job telling us and showing us all the features of the car and made the process smooth and pain free. He and the rest of the team were very respectful of our time and there were no shenanigans like you might expect at a car dealership. I was very impressed with the quality of used vehicles at this dealership. We would definitely buy here again when we need our next car.

After being on hold with the parts department for 25 minutes I was told that it was impossible to get a new Wheel Lock for my car even though the MINI Dealership is who lost it. I was told I'd have to buy a new set for $100 and then they transferred me to Service that told me it would be $300 to get the old one broken off and the new one installed. $400 for a new Wheel Lock for something that was THEIR FAULT. Googling this and I found that they should be able to look up the code for my lock with my VIN and get me a new one for a fraction of the price but they are crooks at this dealership. I will never take my car here ever again.

Let me start off by saying if I could give no stars, I would. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Mini/BMW Arlington "Service" department. On my lunch hour I went to drop off my Mini to have an oil change and tire rotation, then took Uber back to work. After three hours, I had no contact from them by email, text, or call. I took Uber back to the "Service" department after work only to find that my Mini was never written up! I asked to speak to a Manager and he apologized and said they were short handed. I asked then, if my car was never written up, then all the others after should also not have been written up! Logical sense to me anyway...he again mentioned how short staffed they were on advisors. I get being short staffed, but three hours and NO write up? Mini/BMW Service Department, get with the program! It all starts with Management, if he cannot handle managing the service department for BMW/Mini of Arlington perhaps he should find another line of work.

Only 3 reviews. Its almost like they delete the old location to remove the true reviews.Lack of updates if one person is out no one else can do their job.Told the carpet was removed due to the ac flooding it. Find that to be a lie.... Carpet still wet around the gas so clear sign it wasnt. Why you couldnt charge the warranty company to have the carpet atleast cleaned after the flooding of the ac gets me....No loaners anymore....Its not Cristians fault at all. Im sure its just the dealer. Over working one person to manage all the minis that come in.Also the tech didnt put the windshield cowl cover on correct. Thanks for the marks on it. It was brand new put on the day before it was brought in....Im sure ill find other issues as the days come.

Service is great, just quite overpriced. Service for MINI cooper is actually at BMW service building.

Poor quality vehicles at over inflated prices. Read reviews on the cars problems and recalls.

I visited them a weak ago and they told me that I had low tread on one tire. But it wasn't anything serious yet, said they could change it but of course it would be about $200. Now due to an unfortunate nail in tire situation, I am at a mini service station again and they bring up the same situation about the other tire but then add on a surprising $300 alignment to my estimates. What would the point have been of switching out my tire but not getting my car aligned??? Switching out the tire the road would've been eating at the same tire. I come to service stations at dealerships because I expect to be told EVERYTHING all up front, not bounce around to different minis getting a bunch of random information. After another experience at the mini of Dallas, I guess it's time to go to yet again ANOTHER one.

They are professional, different to another official service center in DFW area.
