Be careful this store is a rip off. We went in there to buy a phone after looking at different options we bought 2. The price tag was not honored for the upgrade price I ended up paying more (about $120). I really needed the phones because our were broken so I bought them . Fast fwd 1 month later, went to another MetroPCS for troubleshooting help and was told I had a FREE phone and FREE line for being a LOYAL customer for 10+ years, & told me that I should had been informed about this when I came to the store off Mayfield & 360. So not only did they remove the price tag on the display phone & charged me more , but they kept this information from me. Talk about money hungry.

They did not have any product in stores. No SIM card to even get a new phone. Why do you have workers when you can not activate phones or sell new service lol I dunno maybe I am crazy, but do better. The worker had great customer service. The 2 stars are for her.
