Bad communication, get somebody that speaks English as a primary language, I get notifications all the time for free upgrades, when I went in this store I got charged hundreds, in the future I'll go back to the metro store in mckinney, way better service

Excellent Experience the manager is highly knowledgeable of metro products. Don't like that I spent money I didn't have to because we didn't apply my discount. Not so good

Shawn gives great customer service. I've visited his store a few different times over the last couple years, and not only does he remember me, but he gives great service each time. He's usually my go to Metro store. I'm sure I'll stop back in, others should too. ?
