Stopped by to check this place out and the nicest girl helped me. Her name was Alma I believe and she was very knowledgeable on the devices and plans they offer. Would definitely recommend coming to this metro location! Thanks Alma!

This isn't about the money it's about respect. I've been with MetroPCS since the company opened. I feel like as a former costumer, the day I got a new phone the employee, Aubrey, was very sweet and helped me understand what I did not. However, my phone did not work. So, I went back and Aubrey ordered a new phone for me and was told to pick it up starting as of january 17th. Today, I went to pick up the new phone and the manager on shift,Alex, saw how he's employee, Cobi, disrespected me. I was told to go to the manufacturer or pay for the new phone. When the manager was aware that the new phone I got was a bad phone to begin with. Again, it's not about the money it's about the fact that the manager allowed his employee to be so rude. The manager was just as nasty and rude as his employee and it's unacceptable. Overall bad service would not recommend. I advise everyone to please research the phone companies you got with and pay close attention to the manufacturer. The address is 818 E Abram St Arlington, TX 76010

This is the worst place to ever come to i went inside and they were so disrespectful and didnt wanna help me out the guy there is very rude and they dont wanna listen worst customer service they call them self a corporate store i dont think so they need real professional people here

This location has on the door and online that they are open on Sunday from noon to 5. Lights off and everything is closed at 3pm.

The set up here is very unorganized. I was told that 4 customers were in front of me and took my name and number and I would receive a text in approximately 20 - 30 minutes while I waited in my vehicle. An hour later and after watching customers drive up and walk in, back to their vehicles to be called or texted to come back a few minutes later; was very disheartening. There were 3 customers in the store when I was placed on the list and one being placed on the list before I was. That's 4 correct? A walk in and two drive up customers later equals 7 customers in front of me and this store should respect the time of customers and come up with another way. Wasting my time after being told the wait is 20 minutes which was turning into an hour and a half IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Just wanted to say peyton was a great guy who really new his stuff when it came to smartphones. He was really nice and explained everything with great detail. Will definitely be coming back to this store from now on.

Me and my boyfriend went in to get a new phone because his broke and 2 girls helped us, Alejandra and Alma. When they sold us the phone and added it to our account they said we had 7 days to return it. The phone has issues and we tried to return it and now they are saying we cant because it was an upgrade. These 2 girls are very miserable and lazy. You can tell they hate their job and don't want to help anyone. They did not even greet us as we walked in the store. They are clearly only their for a paycheck and were rude. Not even one smile the entire visit. I would rather pay more money at a company that will greet me with a smile and treat me with respect that to have to deal with employees like them. Its zero stars for me. If I could go negative on stars I would. Only reason it has one star is because it is mandatory to post this review!!!

On a par with all cell phone stores. I did not by any accessories this time I was there but in the past I have and I was very surprised to learn that the employees can set the price so if there's something that you want on the rack and it costs $10 you could probably get it for $5. I do not know if that is a corporate practice or if it's a franchise practice but I just don't think that's the way to do business. We are not in Mexico.
