I wouldn't buy anything from Metro PCS stores. I purchased a screen protector and still haven't even taken it out of the box, I have the receipt and they won't even give me a refund. If you need accessories for your phone, I would definitely go to Walmart or Amazon.

Elizabeth and the guys are awesome I love their customer service it’s excellent I drive clear across town to come see her. She’s always smiling. She’s always so positive. She is very upbeat. I love seeing her. We need more customer service like this in the world.

I had somehow locked my phone with a solid white screen. The type of phone I have you can no longer pop open the back to remove the battery. I was in panic mode. Went down a list of all Metro PCS phone numbers to call and ask for help on what to do. Eight locations I called no pickup. So I decided to call my store of over 10 years with the customer service and the girls behind the counter have never let me down. An angel picked up the phone by the name of Celia who was and simple told me how to reboot my phone she completely saved my day and once again my store my customer service girls behind the counter Rock. Thank you so much Celia!

I spoke to Brenda I think that was her name, Very rude customer service will not be returning to this location! I called in with a few questions and immediately was very rude and cutting me off every time I spoke!

Went to a variety of metro stores to cash out on a phone no matter the price the other people have me hell about spendiny money. I go to this location Brenda was the best help she explained to me what phone does what and gave me the best option for the business that I service.i love her personality as far as customer service she gets 5stars in my book and I will have alot of my metro friends go there

Jackie was absolutely phenomenal! Helped me with all my available upgrades and also helped me apply for the ACP program in a matter of minutes!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable (that's always a Plus for me) recommend 100%!!

I came in here as new customer switching to metro from cricket..got the iphone XR and the representative took about 45 minutes to try to get the phone activated. After taking my $500 payment She told me there was delaying activating phones so to wait 2 hours and if its still the same to give her a call. I gave her call and she wanted me back in the store...im back and still no way to activate the phone. She's even trying different SIM CARDS...will only be using the 1 month i paid and going back to cricket.
