Tried changing a SIM to a different phone that ended up not working, but i was charged for. When trying to sort things out for when i got a different phone they insisted in not keeping my info, and talk to CS.. which means whoever i speak to next will almost definitely charge me again.

These ladies discriminated me and my sister last night by our looks not knowing i spoke Spanish. And when i comfronted her an told them I understood what they were saying she tried to correct me an tell me i didnt know what she was saying. I speak 2 languages. I was very sad an i felt discriminated. This is the closest store to my house and im always in the same shopping center almost everyday. We shouldnt be made fun of by what our hair looks like espeacially when we coming to spend over 300$ on new phones. I was being very friendly but we didnt get a hello when we 1st walked in an i guess we werent pretty enough to shop there. Its very sad. I dont think they deserve the job anymore. 😞
