I went to the store on 6/17 to recharge my cell phone. What surprised me is that the system was down but manager Q processed the payment via cell phone and using my card. Yesterday they suspended the line because the payment had not been processed.
To my surprise, that same day he took my card, they tried to fraud my account. Now I went to the store and the money that had been paid to activate the line did not appear and was withdrawn from my account. And today I had to pay the line again.

Bad service as soon as I contracted an internet service and the modem doesn't connect it tells me all the time that there was a connection error and I came back to tell them and there was no solution

Excellent customer service, great service, best value in the cell phone biz.
I'm in the middle of upgrading my wireless services. A visit to this location introduced me to Ray.
He provided expertise, answering all my questions. He was very patient, and was even able to help other customers along the way.
I'm very impressed. This is the kind of experience that has kept me a loyal Metro customer for over ten years.

If I could rate this place a ZERO I definitely would. MetroPCS should try to hire a staff that actually has a tidbit of retail customer service experience. The staff are very unfriendly and showed no willingness to help. If you have service with MetroPCS and actually need to stop at this retailer...try another location.

The so called employees at metro on Randall Mill Rd. Need to learn how to treat people worth respect. They were rude on two different visits. Thinking really hard on switching cell phone companies. Thanks for nothing Metro PCS.
