Deceptive business practices at this location. I also filed complaints against them with the BBB, FCC, and Ken Paxton State Attorney. Your parent company TMobile responded to me with a we are not responsible for the store. If I sue all of you, maybe then I'll get my money back and government officials will eliminate your deceptive and fraudulent business practices.

The guys that work at this MetroPCS whenever they know that you are leaving Metro to go to another company like T-Mobile or Verizon or AT&T, the people who work there try not to help you specially when trying to get a hold of the operator to get a switch pin they try to make you pay what you don’t owe And then still not guarantee you be able to talk to an operator to get a switch pin. Very deceiving to get ur money. Don’t care nothing about ur service.

I went in to have one phone line discontinued and to be changed to the 50.00 plan.They changed my plan to a $40 plan and added a $5 2 gigs of Hot spot.They charged me just about $65 for this.I called Metro PCS customer service. Even though the mistake was on their end I had to pay an additional charge prorated to have the $50 plan which I was already over charged.Metro themselves only show a 48 dollar charge while my bank statement shows 65.I highly recommend not using this location.In my view there incompetent or thief's. Or perhaps both.I guess I have no choice but to eat this loss. And leave a this review.

This place is a scam. The person who sold me a phone ripped me off. Didn't even ask me what plan I wanted and assumed I wanted the most expensive one. Then when I paid, he had no change. Never got a receipt and I had to go back up there to get one. The receipt wasnt even correct. I honestly feel this place is crooked and needs to be shut down.

Be very careful, when you buy here always pay with a card, never in cash and ask for your receipt, the seller does not give the receipt and then there is no way to make a return or claim.

Terrible service, especially from the ZAIN employee, the first thing he did was want to sell me another one without a card, instead of helping me, they helped me more in another store that was not corporate and he did the same thing to another customer, instead of helping him, he wanted to sell him another device or options gave

Having the privilege and honor of reviewing many wonderful places to eat, stay, or purchase goods really put customer service at the top of my list. Frontline employees are always the very first and last impressions in any business. That's why it's very important to always have a smile on your face for all your customers to see. Metro at this location has demonstrated that today. I actually was referred by my sister to come see Nabeel Khan but he was not available until Saturday. So a young gentleman by the name of Ali and his Co workers were very pleasant and did not hesitate to help me with my phone issue eventhough it may have not been their problem. Thank you for owning anything that comes your way and for treating your customers like royalty. I may, perhaps, will regret my decision in the coming months knowing that I will be leaving service this great. Thanks for going the extra mile.

For this location being the "corporate " store, they sure don't know how customer service works and seems like they get to change amounts when they feel like it. He quoted us a price and we said no, then dropped it another 30 dollars. His lack of attention sealed the no deal.Metro sukks, glad I have Verizon and switched someone from ghetto metro to Verizon.
