YEAH BUDDDYYYYYY!!!! LIGHTWEIGHT BABY!!!!! The OG Metroflex. Home to the legendary 8x Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman. The feeling of nostalgia was unlike anything. During our visit we were lucky enough to also have the King himself be there doing his thing & lifting a whole lot of weight like he does. The energy in this place is absolutely insane and we felt right at home. Old school, rustic & worn out. Wouldn't have wanted it any other way. The walls of this place commemorate decades of blood, sweat & hard work. Iron Sharpens Iron.

The mecca of hardcore!!! Lived up to the legacy. This place absolutely rocks, they even let my family sign the wall. You will surely get a training session that you will remember forever.

Came into town to visit some family, ended up getting some free time so I decided to come check this place out! No joke, I had the best leg workout of my life. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was unmatched. Definitely going to visit my in laws more often just so I can workout here LOL. They also have a really cool vending machine that has tons of protein packed snack options, protein shakes and pre workout drinks. I tried the Blueberry Legendary protein pop-tart and the Quest protein peanut butter cups which were amazing. To say the least, I love this place.

Words can't begin to describe this place. Atmosphere 11/10, has a collection of the best machines and pieces of equipment I've ever used to build muscle. You walk in and want to train arms, chest, legs, back, shoulders, abs, and calves and then repeat it all, order food delivery to the place and keep going. They must pump adrenaline into the air system. Place is too awesome to describe - if you're a bodybuilder, gym rat, fitness fanatic or anything even close you need to workout here at least once in your life.
