I have been a customer for 2 years. I had my logo made there in 2019 and every month I've been getting my labels printed. I have 9hair care products and I love how my labels look. I sent an email yesterday asking for the png file for my logo and the owner sent me a rude email that I chose not to respond to. I called and and talked to the person who created my logo to let him know what the email stated. I wasn't sure that the owner knew I was a customer but I think he should've answered the email in a more professional way. I will still have my work done at the shop but from now on I will just call and speak directly to the person who makes my label.

Our company has used Metro Signs for years, however, lately their customer service and quality of work is questionable. We have been waiting almost two weeks for a simple quote for insurance purposes. When I called back to ask about the quote,. A man in sales answered and was pretty rude. They just completed decals on some new company vehicles for us, but did a mediocre job in lining things up. I guess it's time to take our business elsewhere.

Metro Sign Center always takes care of me! Their service is great, their prices are fair and they can get the job done fast i have gotten several things the same day even if they had to design it. They are a family owned business not a big chain and thats what i like. Darren the graphic artist is the best around! I would and have recomended Metro Sign to a bunch of people, Thanks Metro!

These guys know there stuff, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They local, not a chain, and give you personalized, quality service. Check them before you go to the franchised shops like Quick Signs or SignARama etc.
