My mom 85, and myself were promptly greeted by Robert. We were very happy with Robert's knowledge and patience. We ended up with a buying a couple of very comfortable mattresses. We will be back!

Went looking for a new mattress and ended after 5 stores at Mattress Firm. After the other stores we felt the information on each mattress was best here. We were able to get information beyond just a price tag. We learned the pros and cons of each bed and base. Ended up getting what we wanted for a couple grand less than what we were looking at with Temperpedic. I feel the quality is equal though.

Jerry was so helpful. He knew all about the mattresses that we were looking at and he was able to help us pick the perfect one for my son. We even got two pillows, too! Very helpful and a great buying experience.

Joe was very helpful and provided great customer service. I recommend this store if you are looking for a mattress or bed frame.
Update: Mattress Firn does honor their guarantee to exchange your mattress after 30 days if you are not satisfied. I was also impressed when Joe gave me a refund on the mattress that went on sale right after I bought it. Sometimes it is difficult to find good customer service, but I can honestly say Joe at Mattress Firm on Cooper Street has definitely provided excellent customer service!!
