My husband and I moved here to Texas 17 years ago and our realtor suggested we contact Brett Matthews for our auto and homeowners insurance….we have been with him ever since. Matthews Insurance always has their customers best interest at heart, and I trust them to get us the best insurance rates. Brett has always steered us right when suggesting vendors for any home repairs due to the crazy Texas storms. They are honest, have integrity, and a great reputation.

5 STARS all the way! Brett spent so much time helping me with answers to help a friend that was treated so badly by her agent selling her a horrible policy that is only covering a small, SMALL portion of her roof claim. I am so grateful to Matthews Insurance for always watching out for me, that I get the best coverage for my home and auto!! And at the best rate. It breaks my heart as to how much money my friend will be out-of-pocket for her roof, because her agent did not care! I always thought Matthews were the BEST, I have been with them for almost 20 years... but when I found out how bad another agent can be, I know Matthews Insurance is the BEST!!! Again, thank you, Brett, for all your time and making sure I don't have coverage like my friend was sold!!!

If there's a deal to be found they will find it. I used to call every insurance company myself and spend at least an hour every time repeating the same information over and over and my MOTHER told me to find a broker! So I googled and found Matthews insurance group. They take your information ONCE and call back with the best rates available. They're easy to get ahold of if you have any issues or questions, REAL people answer the phone! That right there is what keeps me going back.

Our family had used the same insurance company for over forty years. Our agent retired and the new agent was difficult to reach. The insurance was with Allstate. I found Matthews Insurance Group online, reached out to them, and Brett Matthews immediately responded. This is our third year with this group and I have called and emailed with various questions and Brett always responds quickly. He reminds me of my first Allstate agent from the 1970s.
