We have had two instances where the office has had to cancel / try to move our appointment the same day-of-care. The first time was last fall (November) we were preparing to travel and needed shots for boarding. Doctor Mike's office was able to set an appointment a couple of days before the trip, so we thought we were set. Then they were not available that day due to illness and had nothing available before our travel date so we had to find a different vet option fast. Today (February) we had appointments for both our pets and 30 minutes before the appointment the phone rang and, again, they were unable to see our pets due to illness in the office, including the doctor and wanted to reschedule. When a doctor / vet sets an appointment based upon their availability the patient has to work their own personal schedule around the times the vet provides. When an office's hours are 8-5, that means a workday adjustment for the customer. Having happened to us twice, I came here to read reviews and see that this seems to be a chronic issue. Doctor Mike and his staff were very kind and professional the first time when we were able to see them for the introduction. Unfortunately, we have not been able to get back in the two times that we actually needed care. Seeing that so many others are having the same experience, we have decided that this isn't an office for us.

Once upon a time this was a wonderful and reliable Vet Clinic, since Covid this business has become unreliable. If you love your pet the way we do you may want to look elsewhere. We have been given multiple appointments and can expect a cancel after cancel of appointments. I truly enjoyed Dr. Mike when he was in office. He was personable and loving to our fur babies. We will miss the old business this was once upon a time.

Did not see the vet. They called me an hour before my appointment needing to reschedule because the doctor is sick. I told them I did not want to reschedule, based onother reviews mentioning cancellations last minute. I really wanted to like this place because the receptionist was super nice. Fortunately, for my dog, he's not in a situation where he needs to be seen immediately. I'm pretty sure his issues are seasonal allergies just need to be certain its not something else. I will find a different place to take him. I don't want to chance making another appointment only to get it cancelled last minute again. The reason for my 2 stars was ONLY for the extended phone time I had with the friendly receptionist. She was helpful answering all my questions.

3 appointments in a row cancelled without warning. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful whenever I asked when the doctor would be back, as it was obviously aggravating taking time off only to find out day of that the appointment was cancelled. Would not recommend to anyone who doesn't like their time being wasted.

Look. I want to start out by saying the people are very nice and the services are very affordable; both very good things. This would be a great vet’s office, if it weren’t for one very difficult thing: I can never make it to an appointment because the office keeps rescheduling. I first want to say this wasn’t the first time I have been rescheduled 3 times for one appointment—in fact, it has been more times I’ve been rescheduled in the past—but it is this set of rescheduling that has officially broken the camels back. I also want to clarify this specific song and dance has happened every single time I make an appointment here.I had an appointment for 2pm on a Wednesday. I took off work. I was contacted the day of to reschedule because the doctor was ill—that’s fine. I get it, being sick sucks. Rescheduled for 2:30 that same week. Again, took off a half day at work. I called to make sure, that day, that the vet would be in and my appointment was okay. Around 40 minutes later, I was contacted again to reschedule because their AC unit crashed. Alright, I get that, stuff happens and it’s hot. Rescheduled for 2:15 the following week, another Wednesday. Well, the day for the appointment comes and an 2 hours before the appointment, I get a call to reschedule because, as I was told, the Vet decided he didn’t want to be there the rest of the day—like what? I reframe my entire schedule, take off of work to be there, and yet I am not given the same courtesy. Truly baffled.So, that whole novel being said, I cannot support this place anymore, and they very obviously do not want me as a customer. Good luck to those who try to schedule and appointment.

Can't speak to the quality of this vet. However, I had an appointment today at 2, it is noon and I am calling to confirm the appointment and was informed that the vet is out today and I had to reschedule. It's a bit frustrating since I have been waiting a week for this appointment and my dog has been itching constantly, and is suffering. I understand that things happen, but I didn't even know the appointment was being rescheduled until I called. They said they tried to call, but I didn't answer. Okay? Send a text. Send an email. There are other options in this 21st century world. We have other options. I am leaving 3 stars because other than this appointment issue this seems like a very reasonably priced vet clinic.

Dr. Mike was great! I brought my dog in to be laid to rest, and he made me feel so much better... great personality, very kind, and affordable.

First impression, never answers the phone during their listed hours and they don’t answer their messages either. I don’t know how you’re able to get any business done or questions answered without basic communication. I went to another provider.

I requested an appointment last Friday and Tonya called me and informed me that they didn’t have any openings until this Friday (today). I didn’t want to wait a whole week, but decided that’s my only option. So today, 2 hours before my appointment I get a call that my appointment has been canceled. So I waited a week for nothing, I could have easily went to another place. I was really looking forward to working with Dr Mike but unfortunately I’ll have to find another Dr who actually can commit to their appointments.

We've been bringing our pets here for almost a decade. Dr. Frizzell along with his staff have always taken great care of all our pets. We are very greatful for all the work they have provided over the years.
