The “District Manager Robert” is rude, doesn’t listen, over talks you in anyway possible. I’m not sure how this individual still is employed with the contact he made with me. He continuously cut me off and disconnected the call (hung up in my face.) numerous times. When I requested to speak with someone over him he declined I had to reach out to a nearby store to get the contact information for Corporate. Whom I’m still waiting on a call from. I’ve worked retail in a Managerial position for over 5 years and the conduct that I experienced would be grounds for termination especially when the aggression he displayed over the phone call was on speaker from one of the stores Team Members and displayed in front of children. Once I finish my contract with them I will no longer continue to do business as long as he is employed and I have made sure that anyone I have referred knows of this situation as well and to discontinue service. I know of my wrong doings but this situation was handled completely unprofessionally. Customer service was not the top priority at point when I had to endure someone I don’t know yelling, making accusations and disconnecting the call in a customers face numerous times.

Everything was fine with the furniture until I missed two payments and THEY FILED A POLICE REPORT ON ME AND HAS ME ARRESTED FOR THEFT! Don’t trust these people, they lie and they steal! Have to live my life as a so called felon over used furniture. They have the audacity to call my references and ask if they want to purchase furniture from them!
