I was shopping one day during the holidays and was on my way to ship some boxes next when I saw this business. I went inside and met Tejas, the owner. He was very pleasant and there wasn’t the usual rush you see at larger shipping outlets.I went back a second time to ship some more packages and accidentally left my wallet on my desk at home. He graciously set everything up for shipping and made arrangements for me to pay without driving back. This is personalized service you rarely see today.Highly recommend!

Everything is nice but the cost of a single page black & white print out is $2 which, personal opinion, is quite expensive.

Great service, got my perishables sent off when everyone else was a closed with tracking. A little further of a drive for me but I will continue using Mail Boxes & Such!! Great job!!!

One of the things I dread most in life is the knowledge that some day I will move away from the city of Pantego, and as a result I will have to bring my mail business to a regular post office, and will not be able to utilize mail boxes & such. It will be a sad day.

Sent 2 faxes 10 days ago and was not charged for either cover page. Had to resend one of the faxes today and was charged for the cover page and it was the same cover page as before. Asked the girl on the way out if they charge for the cover page and she said yes. After getting home I found their website clearly sates cover pages are free. I called her and she said only 'store' cover pages are free which wasn't the case 10 days ago and their website makes no mention of a 'store' cover page. She told me she didn't have time for this and to just come back for a refund. I believe she has a vested interest in the store and overcharging people on purpose knowing only a small percentage will call them out.
