I had a great experience with my vehicle purchase yesterday at Mac Motors. When I walked in the door I was greeted immediately by AJ and even though he was already assisting other customers, he was also able to take care of me as well. I was able to look at the car I wanted to and AJ made sure he was available for any questions even while helping the other customers. After deciding I wanted the vehicle, the rest of the buying experience was smooth and easy with AJ. I would recommend Mac Motors to anyone trying to purchase a vehicle.

I was treated with great courtesy by AJ, and was able to buy a good car at a good price. I would come here to buy a used car again. Certainly one of the better and more trustworthy places for used autos.

Went to look at a 2008 Jeep Wrangler JKU. Met Mac and the lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name), but they were super helpful. The vehicle I wanted had a very good carmax history which was important. Any used car will be a gamble. Mac made the process easy. It was obvious there was no hiding of any details. I’m very familiar with Jeeps so knew what I was getting. I needed a specific vehicle for a specific purpose and this fits the bill. I immediately drove it the 25 miles home and had no problems. I would definitely do business with Mac again.

Aisheh and Mac are awesome! I am very glad to have met them. I'd never financed a car before today but they walked me through the process and made me feel very comfortable over the last week as I prepared to sign on the dotted line. The best thing about Mac is that he truly wants to establish a relationship with the customer, not just sell them a car and never hear from them again. I definitely recommend checking out Mac Motors!

I’m not sure how he has such good reviews. TERRIBLE experience we bought a 2009 Chevy traverse on 9/30. He did allow us to take it to a mechanic to be checked prior to purchase. As we were about to leave they said they took it for an oil change, inspection, and to fill it up. As I was driving home the gas light came on. I realized they didn’t give me any gas. Whatever, went and got some. 5 days after driving it an engine light came on. As part of the purchase price we had paid for a 3 month power train warranty so we took it back to Mac after noticing a code for the timing chain. When we talked to him he said he definitely filled it with gas and basically called us liars even though we had a receipt to prove I had to get gas 10 miles from his shop. They also told us the timing chain was not covered in the warranty, but we had the paper he had us sign and highlighted wear it explicitly said timing chain was covered. So he is dishonest and tried to scam us there. He also told us that his mechanic never got a code at all when checking it (not possible, plus we talked to his mechanic recently and he said he could see the history of the code the whole time). Today is 10/29 and we are just now getting our car back. A lot had transpired but 1 week ago (after arguing about what was wrong with the car) Mac called and said he thought it needed a flush (and new oil which he claimed they had just done) and some sensors replaced. My husband questioned him and he said he would talk to the mechanic and call us back. 2 days ago we got a call from the mechanic saying our car was fixed and we owed $600. We never authorized any work to be done. My husband called and talked to Mac and explained that we never authorized the repairs and that we wouldn’t be paying for them. Mac was very rude (my husband was mad of course) and said that if we won’t pay he will have the mechanic remove the sensors. He finally agreed. When my husband went to pick up the car today, the mechanic said Mac told him to charge us the $70 for the flush (which was not what we agreed PLUS he said they had done that prior to us driving the car off). Mac has been nothing but tricky, rude, and dismissive. I am shocked that he doesn’t have worse reviews, but because the car buying process was pretty good I guess that’s why. Everything after has been a nightmare.

We just purchased our daughter's first car from Mac Motors. Great experience from the sweet lady behind the desk to Mac himself. There are a million used cars in the DFW area and we feel lucky to have bought from Mac.
