This past weekend I took Karen’s master class on all things skin. It was a phenomenal class! Karen was very detailed, energetic, and her passion for skin and makeup just poured out naturally! She took her time and answered every question we had to make sure we got the most out of class. She was meant for this line of work! If you’re ever at the Parks Mall and need some MAC Karen is your girl!

I signed up for a make up master class with Karen. She is the sweetest and most informative person about make up. This was an easy to understand, visual class. Karen is very knowledgeable about makeup and anyone with even previous experience will definitely learn something new. I recommend coming in and asking for her for your makeup needs as I was previously shade matched at another business and it was not my shade, but now she helped me find the perfect shade and I love it! ?

MASTER CLASS WITH KAREN!!!?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️10/10 I thought I knew the “basics” about base makeup?? girl was I wrong! She gave us in great detail why she uses certain products/ techniques and why they work so good together! As a new mom who follows makeup trends? she definitely opened my eyes on why “trends” don’t always work for everyone. I especially loved how she showed us skin prep and let me tell you!! She put us on some bomb skin care products?Her model by the end of the class looked like she had a soft/glowy filter?? I was obsessed!!! DEFINITELY going to sign up for any other classes they have coming!!??
PS: they gave us a guide that you can take home that had everything she went over and more!!? When I say run… ??♀️ I mean RUUUN for a spot in one of their class’s! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!??

Karen is the absolute best MUA i've ever had the chance to learn from! So informative, so sweet, honest and thorough. She provided me with so much information i was lacking before that i can carry with me to improve my makeup styles from now on. Definitely ask for Karen when going to this MAC!

The manager at this location exemplifies exceptional customer service. She is consistently polite, professional, and respectful. I have visited this store several times for makeup advice and samples. Today, I came in to exchange a few items I had purchased online. Initially, I was hesitant due to previous customer service experiences elsewhere. However, upon meeting the manager, she greeted me warmly, inquired about my needs, and resolved my issue efficiently. I left with a big smile on my face, feeling truly satisfied. Her outstanding service left a lasting impression on me, as it is rare to encounter such dedication nowadays. Thank you! If I could, I would rate this experience 10 stars. I highly recommend this store to everyone.

I went there looking for a specific product and didn’t know the name. The lady didn’t even try to help me find anything she just said we don’t have that. She didn’t even try to find an alternative or ask me if I needed anything else.

Five star service!! I’m trying to get back in to makeup and so I decided to visit this location and I must say I had the best experience with Diana. She was super informative, friendly and accommodating. I felt like a superstar shopping with her. They didn’t have my shade in so she went through the process of finding it for me. She called multiple locations and taada she found it. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the beautiful energy she gave me and the work she put in to make sure that I got what I needed. Diana is a jewel. Perfect example of what customer service is supposed to be and just pure human kindness. This goes down in my life as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Diana I just can’t thank you enough!!

I walked in tonight and greeted by a very friendly male, however, he was busy and I had the unfortunate encounter with the tall fair brunette (wearing gigantic tortoise shell glasses). She was very rude and condescending and in this day in age her customer service skills need to be up to par, especially since I had 2 other MAC counters in the mall I could have gone to. Thanks for reminding me of why I do not come to your store!! I should have just stuck with my normal MAC @ Macy's!
