This place sucks! The receiving side makes you radio with the CB at the window to let them know you're there and give no response or acknowledge your presence! No chair to sit in and there is a little room that you can hear people talking in but they will not assist you. Limited English speaking employees.

Long waiting time plus half of the staffs don’t have any clue when your load with be ready……. Checking in 1 hours a head, no parking and you have to blind in to the dock…. I give this facility 1 star….

Terrible service. I have been stopped for more than 20 hours to be able to pick up the load and nothing has yet parked there. In the place to rest, the workers are good people, but if the load is not ready, they are preparing for a bad day.

ATTN. DRIVERS:LIMIITED OVERNIGHT PARKING AVAILABLE: either on 1 of the 2 open dock doors or in front on the portal potty-there is an empty Lott at the top of street - watch out for dead down powerline.Blind side backing maybe required. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK UR PAPERWORK

Slowest place on earth. Gave loading appt time but did not have order ready to load. Employees thought it was funny. Ran me out of time waiting to be loaded. No place to park, and you have to blind side from the street to get in here

Worst place to be! Truck drivers please ? don't come to this place. No parking and they don't care about your hours. 8 hours later still here!

Can’t find anybody to check in with. When finally find someone they tell you it will be another hour, and that they have 2 hours from your appointment. Meanwhile your clock keeps counting. Used to be a nice place to load but seems like not any longer the case.

All bad reviews are true 7 hours waiting is normal here. They are unprofessional and lazy people 4 hours to get a door and 3 hours to get your load, and you have to block the main road and blind side backup. Wast of time

What a wst of time.When you come to this shipper, keep in mind you are nothing but a forgotton creature. plus no parking no food places.Came 10:00Am for 11:00Am appointment, it is 15:30 now, and no sign of getting a dock sooner.
