I have had many changing insurance needs over the years: Sr-22, non-owners, comprehensive, liability. The family at Low Rate has always taken care of me with fast, detailed and inexpensive policy work.I use them when I don't even live in this part of Texas! I just call them, talk to them about my needs and they get it done.When I am in Arlington I prefer to go in person because Christina and Danielle are great at their jobs and make it easy for me to recommend Low Rate Insurance to anybody I know that needs quick and affordable insurance.

Monica lied to a provider telling them I had previous insurance of 6 months without my knowledge. I received a letter in the mail saying I was going to be canceled for undisclosed reasons.I called to find out what was going on speaking with Brenda, which kept putting me on hold. Finally, came back and offered me another insurance company and kept mentioning a discount that I did not ask for, so I became frustrated. All I wanted to know was why I was being canceled, and she kept talking in circles and then finally putting Monica on the phone.She tried the same tactics of talking in circles, mentioning discounts, and didn't want to explain until the end that when she set up my insurance she told the provider that I had a previous insurance of 6 months to get a discount.She lied to the provider without my knowledge, so the decided to cancel me.The people at this office are obviously trained to lie to you and talk in circles, so you need to be warned.Monica is obviously not the person you want handling your insurance needs because she will go to the extreme to lie to the provider for whatever reasons for her needs.She is crooked and needs to be dealt with by the city and bbb to get this company out of here.And with your comment below, you're still lying.We talked about me only having a 1 month payment because the car was just parked. Then you came back with a quote for a 6 months policy.Don't try to cover yourself. You knew very well that I hadn't had insurance on the car in years b4 I purchased the monthly 1.So there was no mistaking the history.Again with the lies.It's Neverending with you and the city and bbb have already been contacted.

A lady by the name of Monica lied to the insurance company that she found for me saying I had previous insurance coverage of 6 months but knew it was monthly paymentI have been paying on a new 6 months policy for 2 months when I receive a letter in the mail saying my insurance will be canceled due to underwriting reasons that had absolutely nothing to due with me!Then tried to get me to pay for another 6 month policy!Consider whom you choose for your insurance b4 getting wrapped up in whatever scheme they have going on. I think this company needs to be investigated.
