Everything about the first nights stay was amazing. The price we paid for these rooms and night 2 we are up now til 11pm because of a wedding reception blaring music & we are on the 10th floor and it’s still obnoxiously loud. They said it’ll last til midnight. I find it very disrespectful to all guests who weren’t informed there would be this inconvenience.

I was not a fan of having to pay for parking as a hotel guest - very cheap of the hotel. The room was average same as any other hotel, the shower floor was dirty and had debris but I could tell the glass had been cleaned. We booked the hotel for the food amenities and their posted hours online being we came in for Kevin Hart we wanted to be able to head back to the hotel and eat dinner. The show was delayed nearly an hour but we still made it back by 11 though all vendors were open all kitchens were already shut down and the were serving bar drinks only. After leavibg to find food and coming back we went to be and were woke up around 8 with housekeeping knocking. Check out is 11 so now wide awake two hours before my wake up alarn, we packed our stuff and left.
Underwhelmed by the whole experience. Not a fan. Won't be back. It was a nice view, I'll give you that.

We stayed here for one noght for our 5th anniversary. First, our booking. We booked through vio.com, whose site said that total cost with taxes and fees was $193 (I know, that's a discount rate). However, my card was charged over $234, which was paid through Priceline. The place is huge. Too bad they couldn't have used all that space for larger rooms. The room was decent, but not much better than most hotels/motels we've stayed at. We didn't use their restaurant or lounges. Water in our room was $9 a bottle, so we didn't use that either. The parking situation is where we really choked. Valet parking is something like $39, self-park was stated as about $21. Here's the kicker: self-park "resets" at midnight. We checked in about 4 PM, paid about $21 for parking, then was charged another $29.99 from midnight to noon. The hotel doesn't have its own customer parking, it's through a 3rd party. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Stayed here for a conference. Very convenient - there is a 2nd level pedestrian bridge to the conference center. Service at the hotel was very good. Clean and rooms are spacious. Had a salad for lunch which was good.
It’s convenient to the stadiums. I imagine a great place to stay and attend the games, especially out of town.
I’d stay here again. High recommendation.

During my recent conference trip, I had a very positive experience at the hotel. The quality of the dining options was exceptional, and the staff members were notably friendly and accommodating. The hotel was well-equipped for hosting conferences, and several dining establishments and sports bars are in close proximity. Additionally, the location is surrounded by three sports stadiums, making it a convenient choice for sports enthusiasts.

Spiders in the bed and crickets on the floor. The tv and other items didnt work. Which all this was very surprising eing that it was a suite suite in the Penthouse. Poor management professionalism with no resolve or ownership. Dining was poor service at one of the establishments connected at the Loews Arlington location. Yes we definitely have photos.
Walkability: This about the only thing I can say was good that I experienced what the close proximity to Globe Life Field Stadium where the conference was being held.

**Disappointing Experience with Loud Disruptions and Zero Customer Service**
My visit was in August 2024, and I must say, it was one of the most frustrating experiences. The noise levels were unbearable. The loud music from the bar made it seem like I was trying to sleep in a nightclub rather than a hotel.
I expected a peaceful night’s rest, but instead, I endured hours of tossing and turning, disturbed by the constant noise; the music played until 2 am. The room itself was adequate, but the lack of soundproofing turned it into an uncomfortable space.
To make matters worse, I reached out to the front desk several times throughout the night to address the ongoing disturbances, but my concerns seemed to fall on deaf ears. The overnight staff was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. Instead of addressing the issue or offering a solution, they merely shrugged it off.
The following morning, I elevated the issue all the way up to a Mr. Peter D., but he did nothing to address the issue.
Overall, my experience was a major disappointment. I would NOT recommend staying here if you're looking for a restful getaway. There are plenty of other hotels that value their guests' comfort and take noise complaints seriously. Save your money and find a place that truly prioritizes guest satisfaction.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. There are walkways to Texas Rangers and Cowboys Stadiums. Six Flags is a few minutes away.
