Dr. Ja was great; however the front office staff and the facility can use improvement. I would have appreciated more communication and transparency. My husband and I had an appointment, one right after the other. We did show up a little early to fill out paperwork; however, it took about 45 minutes to an hour for my husband to get started with his appointment. Several folks checked in after him, and all of them were served before him with no explanation as to why he was having to wait so long. Had the staff informed him why the delay, he would’ve been fine, but instead he was so frustrated, he walked out. In regards to the facility, the cleanliness was an issue. The baseboards hadn’t been dusted or scrubbed in a while, and the carpet needs a good vacuum and shampoo. Lastly, I believe the air conditioner might have been out. It was very warm and a bit uncomfortable inside the office. Despite really enjoying my visit with the doctor, I most likely will not be returning to this facility.

Unbelievable and professional service. I asked for a nose piece to be replaced and it was done in less than 5 minutes. This is my second time here and the employees have always been efficient and pleasant.
