Where do I start? I was in desperate mode. We had our home renovated 2 years ago. I am a wallpaper gal!! I love beautiful wallpaper. Well, we had our mirrors updated in our bathrooms last week. When they removed the mirrors along with the beveled edges, there were areas not wallpapered when we renovated 2 years ago. I was told to contact wallpaper companies and show them the pic. I emailed Leland's on Saturday evening with pics. Kimberly contacted me on Monday and said I can get both for you. I was like OMG!!! I prayed from last Thursday until last night that the wallpaper could be found. He answered that prayer through Leland's. And, I was also giving installers who could repair and install those areas. Thank you so very much!! And, thanks for great customer service!! They know their wallpaper.

I've been really impressed with the customer service. ? I needed an exchange and they went above and beyond to help me get the perfect wallpaper for my space. They have a great selection, even for peel and stick, which was what I needed. I love supporting small businesses and would highly recommend them, whether you're local or long distance. I previously posted a review with only three stars only because of a referral they gave me (Perfecto). As I thought about it Melissa has gone over and above to help correct the problem. I was told today that they are no longer referring Perfecto. They provide outstanding products and services. I would definitely recommend them. If I could I would give them 10 stars for going over and above?⭐️✨

Although I had a slight idea of the direction I planned to go with wallpaper for my kitchen remodel, I wasn’t clear about my options, so I had prepared myself to be overwhelmed when I arrived at Leland’s. Upon entering I was greeted by Melissa, who listened to what I envisioned and immediately guided me to fitting selections. She also gave me some design tips that I was pleasantly surprised to receive that ended up helping me with making decisions. Once I placed my order I was expecting to get it in 2-3 weeks. I ended receiving it in less than a one. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend stopping by to view the many options available. You’re bound to find something that will work for your space.

I have never had wallpaper, so naively I went to Sherwin Williams to look through their books. The employees were less than friendly…but LELANDS was INCREDIBLE to deal with. I made the trip from Denton to Arlington and could not be happier I did. Their selection is INSANELY amazing. They set the expectation when the wallpaper I wanted was back ordered and it still came through weeks earlier than expected. They followed up without me asking to let me know the status so that my project could stay on schedule. I was able to “check out” a book to take home and hold up against my walls, as I was torn on color. We are looking at other rooms to do now and they will ABSOLUTELY get my business next time around as well. Great customer service is so underrated these days, glad to know it is alive and well!
