Ask for Veneesa your next visit at this location! She was a GREAT help & so KIND! I’ve currently lost a significant amount of weight & have been going up & down between bra sizes. Veneesa helped make this process quick & easy to say the least. I normally DREAD bra shopping but I will definitely be back for more :)

Veneesa made my experience shopping so easy and she was so kind. After NOT shopping in the store for years looking at all the different options you have in hard. I had purchased an order online and had to take it back and she helped me from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. What a way to make your customers feel so welcome. Next time you in ladies ask for Veneesa she is the BEST!

I came here and found out a lot about my bra. Size thanks to a lady name Carolyn. She help me find my bra size was very honest knows what she’s talking about. I feel like has been the most helpful person in finding my wrong size for the past couple years. She’s very professional and made me feel comfortable & literally has made me a returning customer!! with people like her, you definitely will grow more clientele here she makes you feel welcoming and sums it up in less than a couple minutes compared to other people. Shae was also helpful.

So to the woman we were helped by Miss Danni Moore, thank you for giving us a piece of mind and kindness and consideration. When initially walking in, we were supposed to get a few bras to cover my wife until her surgery. (Reduction) what we didn’t know is that our crossing paths with Miss Moore would not only enlighten us, but kind of breathe life back into my wife. My wife has suffered long time issues on top of mental, emotional, medical with having enlarged prized and finally after what seems like 20 years of fighting, they are giving her a reduction and coming across Miss Moore really boosted my wife’s emotional and mental health she has long been insecure about that part of her body and being able to have someone hold her hand in the process and make her feel whole in the situation Really helped gain enlightenment and a small part of joy from the situation?

Michelle is AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable about the products! I came in completely in the wrong size bra, she was patient and helped me find the perfect bra that fits my body! If you need helping find a bra go in and ask for Michelle! The manager and everyone in the store was extremely helpful and kind. I have never had a bad experience at this location. It’s people like Michelle that will make me come back and shop! Also had a sale going on so I was able to get my bras for $35 instead of $52! What a deal! I will definitely be back soon!! Thanks so much!!!! ??

Always huge selection of bras, I love this location. The associate Astrid is one of the best! She was extremely helpful, has a wonderful, and fun yet professional attitude about herself. If you need any help I would definitely recommend going to her. It was such a pleasure shopping here. My size is unfortunately not abundant but she made the process and transaction a very easy one ,Thanks again.

Wow! I shopped today for approximately 45minutes, what a shame I was never greeted or helped. Finally the manager decided to end her joyful conversation with other employees and customers and ring my items up. She was sure to offer me a Lane Bryant credit card which I politely declined and, completed the transaction. To say the least I was disappointed in the lack of customer care. I was prepared to spend at least 400.00 on essential items however opted for 70.00 instead. Luckily for me Torrid is right next door. #wherearethesecretshoppers #withoutcustomersyoudontwork
