Chris Ray takes time to explain everything and also takes time to listen to you. I have been a patient for at least three years and don’t plan on going any where else!

My first time here at this clinic. I went for my yearly checkup and staff was friendly and professional. I get very anxious when going to a doctor. Especially needles but Natalie made me feel at ease by talking to me and making me laugh. Overall good experience.

Love coming here, the atmosphere is always welcoming and friendly thanks to the staff and cleanliness of the establishment. All of the workers are outstanding but I wanted to give a spotlight to Vanessa and especially Natalie for how joyful they are, always end up leaving with a smile. :)

I’ve been a patient there for more than two years now, everyone at the office is so pleasant to talk to but especially Natalie, she’s very nice and attentive to the patients! I recommend this office to all my family and friends looking for a great team to take care of all your family’s health.

I struggled finding a PCP I felt comfortable with for several years. After a health scare, I was told by a wise, elderly, retiring doctor to “find a family doctor to follow-up on this infection.” Since then, I’ve been a patient of Dr. Poquiz for many years. He’s helped me and my family navigate many health issues and seasonal illnesses. He and his staff are always responsive to any concerns. I was skeptical when he expanded his staff to include P.A.’s, but any concerns were quickly alleviated. His P.A.’s are wonderful. I moved after remarrying, but Dr. Poquiz is still my doctor, and my husband began going to his practice, too.

I’d been going to this office for over 6 years, my doctor was the lovely Dr. Deborah Ray and she was great, but recently I had to switch doctors because Dr. Ray resigned at this location. I’ve had one appointment with a new doctor about my chronic eczema on my hands, and I’d informed her that my last doctor, on top of giving me steroids and cream, tried treating my eczema by treating my anxiety as well due to anxiety being a common factor in eczema flare ups, but after trying so many different medicines and not liking the way any of them made me feel, I no longer wanted to proceed with anxiety medicine, and I was certain my anxiety was not the sole reason for my eczema flare ups as it flares up around the same time every year. My new doctor proceeded to prescribe me my usual steroids and cream, then around 3 weeks later after taking a cruise, swimming in a Jamaican river and the Gulf of Mexico, my eczema of course flared back up. I make another appointment of course because my eczema is definitely worse than it was when she’d initially treated it weeks ago, and a front desk lady calls me back informing me that my new doctor said there was nothing else she could do for me, and that unless if i wanted to continue treating my anxiety that I needed to see a dermatologist. This was a major disappointment as my eczema causes me severe pain and as a healthcare provider/DOCTOR, in my unprofessional opinion there has to be more she could do to help me. They in fact refused to continue with my appointment and weren’t even interested in seeing what state my hands are in. Like I said i’d been going to this place for years and they would never have denied me until now, for whatever reason. Never going here again, as they failed me for the first time in years. My parents no longer go here as well due to the lack of care they provide.update: after going to an urgent care and getting tested I actually did have a staph infection on my hands and it needed to be treated immediately, so a huge thank you to this doctors office for denying my appointment! Good thing I didn’t rely on them!
