They were a great competent facility for years. Quality had slipped over the last couple of years. Yet, I foolishly trusted them to handle a full engine change. They actually replaced the engine and transmission in one. Yet, it was defective. We brought it back and they wouldn't take care of it. It is an engine with known oil pump issues and blamed us when oil wasnt pumped into the engine. We got the engine replaced somewhere else. Then, a month later that new trnasmission has fallen apart. So, not only did they put in a bad engine and not support it. They actually removed a perfectly good transmission and put in a bad one. One star added due to a good history. I hope they able to make positive changes.
