This Mechanic shop is within walking distance from where I live and I was able to get great Service on 2 separate occasions. The managers were super cool and did an excellent job on my vehicle each time. Gotta give U two thumbs up š š

Took my girlfriend's car here today for some simple service and WOW! As a long time business owner myself I know the value of good customer service. The service I needed was very simple, but Nick still treated me like a valuable customer, so I will start bringing all my vehicles here now. Just an idea...if your reading this maybe you should leave a good review for some local business that gives you good customer service. Cheers.

I call to get pricing for battery installation and spoke with Nick. He gave me a price quote and shortly thereafter I took my car in to the battery changed. The entire staff was super professional and waiting period was very short. Even though I didn't go there for an oil change, I got one while I was there anyway. Nick and his team are very good and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back. Excellent service!!!!!

iāve been coming here a few years, but there have been too many instances where this shop has been shady. more recently, i was having issues with my gear shift. the manager, bryan, told me over the phone that they werenāt able to see the cable for the gear shift because thereās a cover on it. well turns out that was a lie because when i brought my car back in because it was still being weird, another guy told me the cable was getting worn and the person who told me they couldnāt see it āprobably just didnāt want to take the time to look at itā. another time, i got my spark plugs changed and had to come back in the next day because my car was sputtering. they didnt completely put in one of the spark plugs so it was loose. overall, this place is convenient to me since i live so close, but i will now go elsewhere because i dont have time to keep going back and forth to this shop because they can never fix things right the first time. lastly, they are extremely slow.

I love them so much! They always make me feel like a daughter and/or a sister. Always well taken care of and I always leave this place happy and satisfied. Very efficient, responsible and extremely helpful! They will help you in whatever they can do but please always be mature and respectful. Treat others the same way (or better) you want to be treated!

I got freon put in my momās car last month and it went out again 3 wks later. I called and they told me to bring it in and spoke with Nick there. He was very honest and just said it needed a ring replaced and I was charged nothing! This day and age, itās sometimes hard to find a place with honest service! Great, Great customer service! Will definitely be going back there, as well as my mom!

Everything is an upsell.
Got the groupon, it says up to 5 qts of oil included. They added 6 qts without prior acknowledgement or approval. Said they won't let the car leave without adding the eztra quart. It added another $25 to my bill. The manager said he doesn't care if the approval was asked or not.

Convenient, quick and professional. I've been coming here for oil changes and state inspections since it opened, and have always had a good experience. I don't even think of going anywhere else.

Love these guys. They are honest, quick and reasonable. They do free diagnoses, which most places charge $200. Would highly recommend them.

They took me in right away and gave me two estimates on a solution for my problem . 2 days later the car stopped, they came e to me, dropped me off at work and fixed the problem. ?

Not happy I was told I would be charged 135.00 for the service.
They had my car parked out side for an hour and half no one touched my car I was out side the entire first two hours .I was charged 275.00 for labor and 21.00 for the extremely small part. I am extremely disappointed in the wrong information the bill caught me off guard other wise I would shop around..
