BE CAREFUL! The store is notorious for not rotating product. I have seen so many expired items. Their employees are clowns- blah blah blah all day long- and did nothing when I told them about the expired goods.

The store is clean, well-organized and the young people that work there are usually very sweet. This store is very close to my house so I've shopped here multiple times a week for about 12 years, but my history with Kroger, in general, goes back much further than that.
Now the reason for my low rating...
For as long as I've shopped at Kroger, they've offered store coupons. Many other retailers do this, too. We all know that it's a way to incentivize shoppers' loyalty. Because of this, most stores will allow a little grace when it comes to "expiration" dates of these coupons. Most will accept coupons up to 7 days past the expiration date if they're issued from the store. This has been my experience for probably 20 years. This Kroger, however, has started strictly enforcing these made-up "expiration" dates. I've now tried using a store coupon that was only ONE DAY "expired" on two separate occasions and was denied. One was for $6 off a $30 meat purchase and the second was $12 off a $100 total purchase. Had they been $.40 coupons or something, I wouldn't care so much. I find it extremely disappointing that at a time when so many people are struggling, times are so uncertain and price gouging is so clearly an issue, that my neighborhood Kroger would start enforcing bogus, made-up expiration dates on their own coupons. When I asked the manager about it, I was told that corporate told them to do it. If that's true, that saddens me even more. Is that $6 or $12 that makes such a difference to my small family really going to break a giant like Kroger? Especially since they qualify for so many of the new tax cuts under the new regime?? No. The answer is no.
Shame on you, Kroger. You've now lost a very long-standing and loyal customer.

Store hours are misleading. They are NOT always open until 1am. Over the past year, we drove over there to find the store was closed shortly before or after midnight. Now we just go to the store on Sublett & 287. It's much bigger, always open until 1am, and items we buy are almost always in stock.

I've lived here for 10 years this place has gone downhill I would order my groceries the day before and they wouldn't even contact me. And I would get told as soon as I got there it wouldn't be ready for a couple of hours. I'm very disappointed how badly this place has been. As a single mom I don't have time to grocery shop anymore. And this has happened more than once and I'm sick and tired of it.
Even my produce has had mold

If I could leave 0 stars I would due to the employees rudeness. I’m not from the area and I was given 0.1 seconds to find my Kroger phone number (looking for my husbands account) and then my transaction was paused and she walked away. Then she came back after her managers were asking what is happening and then I was told that I am getting her in trouble for not having my number ready. I went back to customer service because I noticed I missed out on savings and the person working there was like well you should have had your number ready. I think some patience and actual customer service needs to be added to this location. I’ll never return to a Kroger.

They have turned the store upside down and none of the employees can point you in the right direction. Right before Thanksgiving. We left to go to a store we knew better because we had limited time to shop. They have 1 line open otherwise you have to check yourself out. 11 machines open. 1 line for big carts. So guess where the other big carts go? To self checkout. Have you ever seen anyone try to self check out multiple vegetables and fruit? It’s painful. If you have plenty of time to just roll around and look at things it’s got a lot of specialty items. We just can’t find them right now. Dear MGMT: Hand out a piece of paper to the customers so we can find what we are looking for.

zero customer service! Very unprofessional, don't know what they're doing. They put up sale signs all over but even their employees can't figure it out. Make sure to check your receipt.

Customer service was horrible! 1 cashier on a busy Saturday afternoon. Even self checkout girl was rude. No greeting what do ever, unless you call pointing out the machines that don’t work, the ones that accept cards. I’m glad their not my only choice!

Look….I try not to use grocery pick up very often, but sometimes it’s the best option with two young kids. Unfortunately, it’s just never ready when I get there and I either have to go back home and wait a few hours or in the parking lot for 20-30 mins. Honestly, half the time the produce chosen for my pick up order is inedible.
I’m currently sitting in my car with my screaming baby 30 mins past the pick up time, 10 mins past the time the employee said they’d be out with it after saying it’d be late when I was already here…and no sign of anyone. If you can’t meet the pick up time, can you at least call?

This is a joke of a Kroger. Bad representation of the brand and poor customer service. My PSA for customers: go to the one on Sublett Rd. You will thank me. Or if you like bad service and a messy store, brave this Kroger.

Nothing impressive about this store. No carts for the customers. They were told several time.

Extremely long lines at all times. Checkout lanes are always closed.
