These 5 stars are only for Christine in the bakery department! Christine was very polite and helpful when I went this morning to get a birthday cake. She answered all my questions with a smile, helped me pick a cake, and decorated it for me right then. Based on Kroger's reviews, it seems like they need to hire more people like Christine, who provides great customer service with a smile like she does. This Kroger is usually not my 1st choice, but Christine made my day. Thank you again, Christine. I wish you well & many blessings!!! Kroger, please award Christine & give her a raise for properly representing your store.

Got to the store this morning, the store was not opened on time. I turn around and the whole morning crew walking up at 5:59. People have to go to work or school and they’re laughing and taking their sweet time up the sidewalk. There were other cars waiting for the store to open on time. Very irresponsible.

They always have one check out line open. Always 7 to 10 people in line.. you gotta go to mansfield or grand prairie to get any respect for spending your hard earned money at this location.I hate this store!

Almost everything i bye from there is expired. I bought ketchup today and it expired 1/17/21 its 12/4/23. Almost 3 years expired

Staff are friendly and very helpful. Especially Bridget, she is the best! I pick up my order a little bit early, but she tried to find and give my order early. Thank you Bridget!

Only reason I'm giving it two stars is for an employee that you guys have at the front for self checkout was rude and kept rolling her eyes. I needed help at self checkout and she clearly saw and decided to ignore me. I caught her attention by telling her if she can please help because I had to leave to pick up my kids from school and all she did was roll her eyes at me and told me to wait. I waited a good 6 minutes on her to help with something that only took 2 seconds!

Prices keep rising and the service just gets worse! Sackers are not taught how to sack groceries at all, if you even have a sacker! We had a Cool-aid pack leak today and the cashier just tossed me the paper towels for me to clean the belt like I worked there. If the belt gets wet or meat leaks they don't clean the belt between customers, they just hand the customer a roll of paper towels. Evening time only one cashier, sometimes forcing all customers to self checkout a whole cart of groceries. When sackers carried groceries out and were allowed to accept tips the service was much better. It's a shame the standards of customer service have sunken so low.

The manager is not doing his job. Sunday at 2pm and only two cashiers open plus the self pay. The store was packed and the front of the store was full of customers in line. The shoppers couldn’t get to the aisles. I waited an hour to pay. Ridiculous! It seems to have become the norm at this Kroger. Don’t give me the excuse that you’re under staffed. You just don’t want to pay more people because of greed so you can get a bigger bonus. Hundreds of people looking for jobs!

The only reason I’m giving the two stars is because the cake lady is amazing so nice so accommodating the -3 stars is for the lady that y’all always have at the front in the self checkout area with a horrible attitude. I’ve seen her be rude to other people you ask her questions, and she rolls her eyes or gives sarcastic answers. It may be the 10th time she’s answering the same question but for that customer, it’s the first time that they’re asking it…Definitely not who y’all need to have at the front taking care of everybody. As of lately, there’s been no carts inside. So I asked her if they had any hand held basket inside anywhere she said we’re working as fast as we can to get them in from the outside and rolled her eyes .. I have never seen handheld baskets stacked outside. But she wanted to act like I was asking a dumb question.

Forced to use self checkout even after expressing being uncomfortable using the service and requesting a cashier. They don't even attempt to have someone on call to provide check out services.

Customer service is non-existent, and I have to check my receipt for overcharges which happen frequently.Very ironic how Kroger likes to advertise their produce freshness and quality. This is from my purchase yesterday of mandarin oranges. I wouldn’t call these either fresh or good quality. Disgusting is a much better description.

I love Kroger but please get cashier's and pay them well so they like their jobs and can afford to live respectable lives. I know Kroger is worth enough to pay well. This is sad .. there should never be a time when customers are forced to self checkout. This should always be optional.

So unprofessional customer service. I was there on 5/22/23 buying items for my school the casher De was rude throwing our items around, shoving items in the bag. I asked her is she was mad and if she was ok. She started calling me ma'am sir, ma'am sir. I asked the other lady helping if she is always like this? The rude lady yelled don't answer that. I decided to report it to Debbie. Debbie went over there to speak with her. I was loading my stuff. I could see them all laughing. So no consequences!!! I guess, when Deannea (the cashier) feels like she wants to mistreat us paying customers its A Ok by Krogers and their management!!! I'm glad she didn't touch my cake or she would have smashed them like she smashed our plates by throwing them around till they fell off the counter.
