I hate giving bad reviews, but......
I have tried ordering from the Arlington South Cooper deli and/or bakery dept on several occasions, and vowed never to return after they lost my order (on two very important days) not once, but twice. I realize every location is different so I ordered from both the bakery and the deli at the Green Oaks location on Friday, 6/28 for an event on Saturday. The deli order went as planned. The bakery order was simple...I picked out a chantilly 1/2 sheet cake that was displayed, but the display was a 1/4 sheet. All I wanted was the 1/2 sheet with a simple "7" added. When I went to pick up, it was not there, but the lady pulled from the walk-in a 1/4 sheet (with no "7"), as if it was my order. (I realized later that it had been pulled from the bakery case and placed in the walk-in probably as a reminder to someone that there was an order.) The lady said that she assumed the order for the 1/2 sheet was lost. She apologized over and over and said she wasn't there and didn't know what had happened. And I told her over and over that I certainly didn't blame her, but at the VERY least, please let the Bakery supervisor know that I am very unhappy because I didn't even receive a phone call....which was the LEAST they could've done. I went ahead and took the 1/4 sheet because they didn't have any 1/2 sheets made up. Also, I believe the 1/4 sheet was from the display on Friday, so there's no telling how long it had been there. From the looks of it (lop-sided, glaze oozing from the berries), it was more than a couple of days old. I will not order from them again. I will go to Albertson's going forward, who have never disappointed.

Had a terrible experience being stopped right on the sidewalk and being suspected of theft of mega pack tissues papers which obviously couldn’t fit into store bags.

Misleading prices, items with digital coupons should not display reduced prices??, hate the way Kroger is doing things. This store lacks good selection of products and the OTC products in their pharmacy section are ridiculously overpriced!

Google hours should be updated accordingly. My daughter is a teenager and had gone in for chips tonight, on a Friday. There's homeless people at the entrance and she felt so uncomfortable just approaching the door. Well the old homeless, clearly crackhead lady yells to her "they close at midnight" well.....it says 1am on Google.

The manager at this grocery store should be fired! There was 30+ people waiting for the self checkout line because there is only one regular register open. It also smells like stank booty near the cart area entrance. How about pressure washing that area to get rid of that stank.

Went last night around 10:45pm on a Friday night. Says it is open late and I needed a few things. While I was shopping all of a sudden half the lights turned off. I asked if they were closing and one customer said that they do that to hurry people up that they are closing. Keep in mind that they said they weren't closing till 1am. The customer said that they are actually closing at midnight. It wasn't even 11pm yet. There were still a lot of people in the store. All the frozen foods the vegetables and milk areas didn't have any lights on. I guess this is normal for the store. I don't live in this area and couldn't imagine a store wanting people to leave an hour before they close the store. Some of my photos are blurry but you can see that no lights are on. Way to go Kroger, I will never go to your stores again.

They allow pets to sit inside the of carts. Not ADA service animals... pets.

If your hours say 1am then why are you closing the doors at 12:30am. Change your hours?
