Terrible customer service. Never order from their bakery. I had my children’s birthday party coming up, and placed an order for 24 cupcakes 3 weeks prior. Told the lady exactly what I wanted and even printed out photos that I offered for her to keep, she declined. I specified that I wanted pastels, emphasized this multiple times and watched as she wrote down “light pink” which I then offered the photos again but OH NO she would remember. I’m told she would call a few days before to confirm and never heard from them the entire week. I call to double check and ask if I can do 30 instead. Go to pick up the order and it is COMPLETELY incorrect. Neon bright cupcakes. I’m in a hurry and typically not a fussy person so I just take them and go. I attempt to get over it but the final straw is I look over and see that they’ve packed and I’ve paid for 48 cupcakes. I call the manager and granted they do offer to take them back but be realistic. I have two hours before my kids party where else am I supposed to get cupcakes from?? ABSOLUTELY ridiculous. I get it’s a Kroger bakery but if you can’t put the correct color icing on some cupcakes please just communicate that next time instead of messing up peoples special events.

It is a fairly large business, they have the necessary merchandise for the home and there are good products with a variety. What I don't like very much is that people who look like Latinos visit and you can't find anyone to help you easily in Spanish.
