Where should I begin? My mother has worked for this abysmal location far too long. She recently had a major heart attack while at work. They allowed the bakery manager Doris D. to continually harass her until it got to that point. Union Reps, store managers, and "HR" had been no help in finding a resolution for that. Instead, they allowed it to continue, and some even joined in with the harassment.I'm looking at you, Nana. What kind of union would allow one of their "representatives" to behave and display DISGUSTING behaviors and chime in with the harassment.Reconsider shopping with kroger or even working at one.

They are a great example of customer service being dead.

Had an employee named Shannie provide the most excellent customer support I've ever had from a grocery store. It was really an uplifting moment in my day

Don't trust the manager of the meat department. I was told meat is checked everyday, however spiral hams were expired more than 2 weeks, nearly 3....several hams, around 6 total! No one clapped eyes on the meat that long. It's as if someone is trying to make people sick on purpose. Maybe they could try not to cover expiration dates with "reduced" labels. I pulled them out, and put them on the floor. I paid $27 for a very old ham. This store is quite substandard.

I asked about a return policy for some food items that were bought for me as a gift. I called and wanted to confirm their return policy, which says on their website that they will do so for store credit... Which is all I wanted... To exchange for stuff I'll actually eat.Red, the assistant manager, accused me of trying to get free groceries and yelled at me over the phone. I literally read him the Kroger policy, and told him that seemed like pretty bad customer service. He said he had full discretion and it would be a loss for the store. It's like $40/50 dollars worth of food. Not trying get money back... Trying to exchange for other food.I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or what... But yikes.I'll be reaching out to the GM at that location.Update: I drove up to Kroger to talk to Red and apologize for letting the conversation get heated. He had already left for the day. I'm leaving the review as one star, though. I really hope Red was just having a bad day, and that other Kroger customers get treated with a little more respect than I did today.

Kroger is as good of a grocery store you can expect in 2023... in my opinion beats Walmart in every category... even if I have to pay a little more just not having to go to Walmart makes it more than worth it

Bakery MANAGER/employees are AWFUL! The older white lady in the morning seems to be the only one who knows what she's doing.

Shopped here for over a year, don't need a new person watching me constantly like I'm some rodent that needs to steal.

Why do you not have cashiers or open the other side of self checkout anymore??? Really?! Stand in line for 20 minutes for two things plus molded brown produce. Not worth it, not to mention rude staff. That’s Arlington for you.

I’ve placed two online orders at this location and on both pickups, the Kroger employees loading the car told me that everything was there, and no substitutions were needed. Not only were substitutions made, but I received terrible alternatives that I later had to request refunds for. Additionally, a number of items were in fact missing and I had to go inside to purchase them. I haven’t had these issues with other locations.

After 8 laps around the store without Any employee to be found looking for minced garlic, I noticed that one of the vendors was actually what looked like a manager. He informed me that the minced garlic was located behind the bananas next to all the nuts. Not with the other minced herbs in produce. Not next to the spaghetti jars. Not by the other jarred vegetables. Not next to the seasonings. Somehow minced garlic is SO PRECIOUS that they need to hide it next to the nuts behind the bananas adjacent to the wine. Can't get that half hour of my life back. Please fix this Kroger!!! Why isn't it easier to find? Why did it take me 30 minutes to find an employee?
