Don't order from here for pickup. I always receive the worst produce. Moldy berries, brown salad kits, a rotten watermelon that cracked open and leaked in my car. My last order contained old chicken. Employees seem nice but I'm tired of getting crappy food. Won't be ordering from this location again.

No toilet paper, no soap to wash hands. I always carry my personal hygiene items with me, for cases like this. I wonder if the employees who handle fresh food have their own bathroom or use the one used by the general public.

I used to shop here all the time, but I don't anymore because lately every single time I go on this Kroger, they are out of one or more items I specifically came in to purchase. These are common items, like grass fed milk or garlic bread. They can't seem to keep items in stock. Also I stopped buying meat at Kroger because it's too tough. Kroger used to have the best meat but that is no longer true.

Zero stars for me because 1 is to much. This store is horrible the customer service is terrible! And it seems like the employees there rubbed off on the senior citizen customers because one old lady told me to stop following her lol. Goes to show you how small the store is. And another one told my husband he needed to pick up the trash up around our car where we parked as if he threw trash out of our car lol. Neither of us said anything to them we just ignored the ignorance. Parking lot is congested. There are always long lines for check out and usually only one checkout line open. The isles are too narrow. Never coming to this location again I'd rather drive to the one on 287!

Have I told you, lately, that I love cheese. Have I told you, there's no one else, above cheese. The parking lot SUCKS. There is nothing that can be done. There just isn't any more room. But what this location lacks, it makes up for in effort. They have an awesome selection for really a neighborhood store. This is where I use the pharmacy. They have a fuel center. And I have I mentioned the cheese counter? Because the little box with the smaller bits of weird cheeses, is my favorite.

This dude, the "market manager", verbally berated me today!! Yikes! I asked him to cut my salmon into fillets and he said it would be a 2.00 per pound up-charge. I told him no one has ever told me that before. (I've been shopping here for over 15 years and my statement is true and I was confused.) He told me well then they were being nice but they weren't supposed to do that. Okay. So I ask (calmly) "Why does the sign in the middle of the meat market say "we prep for you for free"?" His response was to raise his voice at me and fiercely tell me "If I say that's what it is then that's what it is. Don't question me. I am the market manager and if that's what I say then that's what it is! I am not in the mood for this. I will do only my job and what that requires. I am understaffed and I am not in the mood to deal with this right now!" I said (calmly, but now shaken) "all I did was ask you a question and not even rudely." (Granted I admit the question was inherently confrontational, but it was also genuine.) To which he explained (irritated but more calmly than before) that free prep was only for the market meals. I said thank you for answering my question and walked away like a deer in head lights. Beware this dude - don't challenge him unless you're ready to be told off like a bad child. 1. As a victim of former domestic abuse, being verbally berated is especially triggering for me. 2. Does he think I have no right to question anything? I am NOT generally confrontational, but if it goes against my very long time experience, can I not inquire further? 3. I do not think there is any way he would have responded to me in this way if I was a man. Now I can't go back to Kroger anymore, thanks bruh.

I love this store, but today a young lafy who running the front was very rude to two older gentlemen that didnt know the customer service was closed, She yelled like they were dumb, and everyone turned around looking at her like why do u have to yell. You need a sign up that says its closed, and when it will be open. You have a lot of older people there, and yelling at them is not cool at all.

We went to this store yesterday afternoon. We had two carts full of groceries. There was one lane open with a cashier. She took our Kroger card but refused to start scanning items until we had completely unloaded both carts on the belt. There were too many items to do this. When We asked her to just start checking and we would continue loading, she left the register and came around and started pulling items out of the carts, mumbling about safety issues with the moving counter. Now there is a mountain of items on the counter and they are starting to look like they will fall off. Called for the manager. He cane over and told her to just start scanning. She then proceeded to start scanning and throwing the items at the bagger. I asked the manager to get another cashier to check us out. She kept throwing things and I noticed my bread was crushed. At this point we opted to just leave the store without any groceries. Horrible customer service. Kroger just lost us as customers.

Would be cool if they would catch up with technology so that you could use your apple wallet without having to use their app. Thats a huge security risk. Frustrating

Very disappointed to find that Kroger now charges a fee for cash back. Very petty to nickel and dime customers. Personnel on deli counter have made an art of ignoring customers and pretending to do other jobs. I like to use this store as it is generally are well stocked and cashiers are very friendly. Management needs to review cash back policy and do a better job of supervising.

Since the pandemic, their prices have gotten outrageous. Way to profit off the rest of us during a terrible time.

The absolute best salad bar I’ve seen anywhere! The full-glass cover keeps everything fresh and appetizing.

Went shopping tonight, and was helped by the most delightful girl. I had the most difficult time shopping and finding everything that I needed, and was a bit frustrated when I went to checkout at the self-check. Miss Caitlyn, one of the supervisors, was exceptionally professional, and made sure all of my issues and frustrations were addressed and fixed. I just hate that she's only at this store temporarily, as she's moving to the new mega-store when it opens. Kroger - excellent decision in hiring Caitlyn! Best customer service ever!

As grocery stores go they are okay most days. Seafood appears to be 90% sourced from overseas. They tend to pack the aisles with displays all the time and this makes it even more difficult to navigate the smaller aisles. Parking lot us a CF most days with not enough spaces. Their gas pumps are the best part of this store but there is always a line to the pumps, not enough gas stations in this part of town.

Bad manager. Posted pic. He does not care about his customers. A man in line in front of me was trying to buy 8 briskets for a fundraiser with a raincheck. The manager said he would only sell him three even though the raincheck allowed for 10. I left my $120 worth of groceries and told him I would not be back. Once again this bad manager did not care. I have a big family and there are plenty of other stores in the area. Very disappointed.
