I was referred to Ungie by my client . I've found a hair home. The salon is a vibe , every from the customer service to the music and the overall cleanliness. I am very picky about my hair and have been doing it myself. However, after seeing Ms Ungie, I have no reason to be in front of a mirror perking my hair again. I've already booked my second appointment

LaTonia is my hair stylist who did the "Big Chop" for me! She is great! I found Khimandi Hair Studio through IG "TheCutLife". This salon was the first one that popped up that was close to where I live. My hair had been shedding/falling out severely for about 2 months an getting it cut short was a must! I wasn't nervous as I've gotten it cut short twice before. I will say the photo I showed LaTonia as to how I wanted my hair cut wasn't what was done however, she did let me know the reason as to why she was cutting my hair how she did an its phenomenal! My hair was extremely flaky an dry on my first visit an LaTonia treated it an gave me some take home tips in getting my Scalp nourished again. It's working! I have had 3 appointments with LaTonia an each time I leave satisfied! She's also never canceled on me last minute or left the salon while I'm under the dryer. There's no loud talking or solicitors. The salon is in tip top shape! There's a black wall with the most uplifting quotes/sayings, every visit I'm offered water an coffee without question! An not just any coffee! I'm talking coffee served in a Mason glass, biodegradable straw, an whipped CREAM!! The ladies that work here are always thoroughly cleaning an sanitizing between clients as well an taking temperature checks upon arrival. The bathroom is great too I have to say with books, a full length mirror, candle lit, lotion, an also more inspiring quotes! The music is great too AND there is even a place to charge your phone while your under the dryer. LaTonias' prices are quite high in comparison to other salons BUT, its definitely worth it! Average time here is roughly 2 hours for me.

I willingly drive from Addison to this hair salon because the customer service is AMAZING. The salon is well decorated, relaxing music and incense burning. Latonia Is my stylist and she is beyond talented. If your looking for a tapered cut, she is IT! I showed her one inspiration photo. S she completely nailed it. She has a very down to earth and warm personality however she is PROMPT, don't even think about being late (ain't gonna fly!). Overall, as long as I'm in Dallas, she will be my stylist!

I have a wonderful experience every time I go there. The salon is immaculate. The service is punctual. The atmosphere is bright and up beat. All of the stylists & staff are fabulous!! Kim gets my hair RIGHT every single time, my cut and style are ALWAYS ON POINT!!
