City of Arlington police uses this wrecking company and my 17-year old daughter was in an accident. Before I could get to the scene they had the car towed away. Daughter is not even an adult. I was not consulted and they charged $303 plus $26 a day after. Then they won’t take payment over the phone so I couldn’t get the car picked up same day. Had to drive 30 minutes out of my way. Super rude. And will do anything to take advantage of people in a vulnerable state.Service: Vehicle wrecking

They charged me to get my car even though it was there as a stolen vehicle. I had a few hiccups along the way and the guys up front were not empathetic.... AT ALL. They watched me cry without even offering a tissue ? smh

The facility let us drive back as our car was just taken off the wrecker to retrieve everything we wanted out of the vehicle. It is secured, so if even if your vehicle isn't totaled out, there is no worries about someone being able to get into your vehicle.

I couldn't post if I wanted to. My Bestie had a horrible car accident and believe me when I say...nothing but the grace of God. The customer service was A1 the day I went...nothing but common courtesy and laughter.

They dont treat people very well. And they have exclusive with the city. They are way over in priced and business has been good to them youd think a little politeness wouldent be too much to ask.

The worst towing service company I have ever run across in my entire life and The city of Arlington should be ashamed of themselves for using taxpayers money to conduct business with such a company! zero customer service very very rude they don’t have no respect for nobody or the customer that they are taking money from! worst service company ever I mean worst.

This is a con and Arlington PD should be liable for damages, both mental and physical that one endures for using this towing, as they are the ones who make you use this service. I will be contacting news agency as well.

The tow truck driver was very nice and helpful! I can't give a higher rating because having to spend 282$ to retrieve my own stolen vehicle and another 135$ to have it towed off their property to my home is just ridiculous to me!

Rude to customer and very messy to people.Dont give you but 10 minutes to get things out of your wreck car.If you don't have a key will not try to help you get property out of car. And they talk rude to people didn't call for them to take my car in the first place

They've had the city auto pound contract since I began driving, over 40 yrs. I was more than extremely surprised & delighted at the above than excellent service & assistance, I received unlocking my truck, since I have no door keys."Thank you" to the gentlemen who assisted & succeeded in unlocking the Chev. This company I would recommend !!! Angel was fast and extremely kind. I called early in the morning and was able to get service within 30mins which was very impressive to say the least. Expensive, I was in a wreck . They towed my vehicle . $270 1st day and $21 a day after. They would not let me get parts off my vehicle. You only get 10 minutes to get belongings out of your vehicle . Total rip off of ordinary citizens. That place has got rich off car wrecks
