My son eat here all the time I take him he is a huge fan of African food any kind of African food LOL he likes it all but this by far is his favorite place to go and this is where I take him to get his fix he have tried other places but this is his go to and he feels as if this is the best I don't partake in the meals however the atmosphere is amazing as soon as you walk in the music is playing and you can just feel it in your spirit it seems the more that I go the more they get a little more comfortable with me but I think it's just the culture is different so we don't really Vibe on that part but I love the music and it smells good though

I used to love going here till I encountered the light skin lady at the check out, she's always mad and rude whenever you ask her questions. Have decided to go to southwest farmers market. I hope they understand this is not Nigeria, customer service is the bedrock of business in America.

I hardly give bad reviews because as a business person myself, I understand that it takes a lot to run a business. This place is unarguably a good place to shop for African food but the manager needs an attitude check. It’s like he is always looking for an excuse to be rude. I avoid him anytime I go there because my husband had given me a hint but today he was openly rude to me for no reason. I had unpacked everything I got and ran the bell for someone to come check me out. He came out from the back door with a face, ignored my greeting and next thing he said “ why did you unpack everything?” and I replied “where should I have kept them” and he didn’t say nothing. People also need to be watchful because he is always double scanning an item. I simply do not recommend this place.

I LOVED IT it had what an African store need it had everything it was so clean and neat and i wanted some food but I came early so the food wasn't ready yet but IT SMELLED SO GOOD and prices are so good and cheap you have to go here and experience it yourself and the workers there were so nice 5he only problem is that I dont know if they have a bathroom it was my first time there so I dont know if they have a bathroom but other than that it a 11 /10

Awesome place! Blessed african store with Christ cemter music blasting. the store is super clean... an African store super clean is a miracle! the store is well organized. a small buffet of various nigerian and ghanean food is another miracle.

This is the third time the cashier lady has been very rude to me. I was there today Wednesday 06/15/2022. She acts like she does not want to be there. She talked to me as if I have no common sense. I’m a doctor by profession. So, just because I like to look and keep it simple does not mean I’m dumb, broke, and with no common sense. They prejudge people… after they rang my items, they had the nerves to ask me if I was using cash or EBT…. Like really? Why are we Africans always looking down on each other? I just stayed calm, and payed for my stuff. Ignorance they say is a terrible disease. My dear, I can employ you and put you on payroll, and a better one at that.Another time, some other cashier, this time a male, still asked same dumb question: “cash or EBT”….hello for once be polite and ask “card or cash”. Why must it always be EBT? Does it mean having a debit card is out of question? I still played calm and payed for my items. After I checked out and left, when they saw the SUV ? I was on loading my stuff into, they ran out to apologize with a bottle of cheap sparkling wine. ????. “ I don suffer, chaiiii”. You can’t buy me with a cheap bottle of sparkling wine. Learn to treat everyone with respect and dignity, irrespective of their status in life. Don’t play double standard. Life is simple. Don’t look down on people. Come to think of the fact that all they play is gospel music? What an irony. I’m greatly disappointed. I’ll take my business Elsewhere.

I was driving on the 360 headed North when I saw the sign and so I took the exit and turned around. Had never seen the store so wanted to check it out. Upon enterung, I stood at the counter for a while before a gentleman entered from. The back. No greeting and no acknowledgement. I asked him the price of an item and he mumbled something but then came around to check it on the register. After the purchase he just handed it to me sideways with no eye contact or "thank you for coming". I took delivery and just left never to return to that shop. I hate when people have such horrible customer service and act as if they are doing a favor. The owner needs to educate the staff on proper customer service.
