My mom is in the care of this hospital, getting an appointment is hard but once you are in it's quick daily appointments. My mom has to wait for a long to for her appointment and has to schedule 5 different appointments for different things which is very difficult to take time off.

I called the nurses line, the service took a very long time, the nurse sounded like she was falling asleep over the phone.

Believe the address listed is incorrect for this location, but I still found it nonetheless. Read the negative reviews and had to wonder if those people were talking about the same place. From start to finish, I was treated with the utmost professionalism. The medical care was also phenomenal! I had an eye exam with the intent of hopefully getting an ophthalmology referral. The optometrist was extremely thorough, and his assistant was top-notch. In the end I was recommended cataract surgery on both eyes, with a lens replacement for the right eye. Surgery is never the best news but the optimal one given my options. JPS continues to impress me while under their care. Centered in Care...Powered by Pride.

Carlos really sucked. He wasn’t friendly and didn’t understand anything. I went to pick up two RX after coming from the doctor and he was trying to force me to pick up refills I didn’t need and no longer took. He told me they expired today and I had to take them he then told me it will take 20 minutes to fill my RX and it took longer. He really needs more training and made things way more difficult than it could have been,. UPDATE**I finally got my meds and was so glad Carlos didn't take care of me. Deborah was awesome and even made sure my insurance was added to my meds, which it wasn't at first. It made my meds cheaper. she was kind, respectful and showed empathy. Because of Deborah, I will be back. THANK YOU SO MUCH DEBORAH!!!

Great experience. The script barely missed the deadline for the day, but they still made it work. It's nice having people who care about others. Thank you!!

I had a very bad experience at the clinic in yesterday. The doctor was very rude, unprofessional and insensitive towards her patient. Doctor Nicolina Mboya, she made a rude comment concerning me. There was a assistant in the room with me and she heard the comment she made. She said, I can't believe she said that. So, I said I will be doing a complaint against her. I also said, I want to change doctors because I don't want her as my doctor anymore. I thought doctors are caregivers and supposed to have compassion. Well she doesn't and that was really rude. I will be contacting the manager about this situation. I still can't believe what she said. If she made a rude comment about me, I'm sure she did it to others. Maybe they didn't hear her, but I did. #Veryrudedoctor

I believe most of this was an act of ageism of my age, discrimination due to my age being 21, I believe if I had an older adult with me my experience would have been different. I have been going to doctor's appointments alone for years now and If i could possibly give a doctor's office 0 stars this is the place that would deserve it the most. I was not treated as a patient from the first time I was helped here, not only was my BIRTHDAY, ADDRESS, vaccine information, referrals, and much more inputted incorrectly. My insurance was never put into their system despite giving the front desk my insurance information. I was also not treated as a patient by the CNA and Doctor, where the CNA didn't correct any wrong information or even bother to check if anything was correct, he also tried to send me out of my appointment without any of my end of visit paperwork, and I had to show him an image of my friends and his response was "I know what you're talking about" with an attitude however it took me asking three or more times and proving I know what I should be leaving with for him to even take the time to try and print it. The doctor also did not even have any idea of why I came in, despite already going over that information, and could not grasp the idea of SEASONAL DEPRESSION, even after giving different explanations of it three times- and instead of reading the questions to me about mental health turned her computer to me and said "read me the questions and say yes or no" completely against protocol at a doctors office. The doctor also did not speak to me about why she was sending blood tests for me, and when asked about the costs could not elaborate. The doctor also when asked about the differences between birth control which I was already on, and an IUD did not elaborate or explain anything, but rather sent a referral for "supervision of contraceptive pills" which is incorrect as she already sent my previous pill prescription in. The doctor also put information wrong that she asked me, for example, she asked me if I drank alcohol, and when I said yes, she put zero alcohol consumed in my file. Not only that but when I called the call center the next day a woman told me my bad experience was partly my fault for not asking the doctor to do her job properly and said " I should have asked her to read the questions to you" as if I was responsible for the doctors lack of following protocol. I requested a call come to me from the manager, which did not come until the Tuesday after, 2 business days later, where I told him everything that was wrong and was apologized to however an apology is not what needs to be done, there needs to be disciplinary action. I then came in on the Tuesday after my phone call to go to through everything that was wrong and he sent urgency for my behavioral health referral, where the next day I was given a call stating I do not qualify for therapy because I'm not apart of some program called JPS connect, which the manager should have known and have let me be aware of. To this day I have not been told what JPS connect is and/or how to apply. I have called since that Wednesday to speak to a manager and I have still not received a callback, and it is Monday, four business days later.
