Man I’ve used this Carwash for 3+ years now. The new remodel and zips branding has been phenomenal. I’ve alwAys har a good experience here and the manager bryan has completely re transformed the place for a car wash haven local to my community. Thank you !

Carwash itself was totally fine, but 1/2 the vacuums didn't work. Really difficult finding one that worked on both sides and was near a trash can

Just took one of my vehicles there for the last time. Such a sad decline. I experienced what many others have; non-functioning vacs, VERY poor wash, wheels still dirty and did not get the tire shine paid for, back of the vehicle still dirty, wheels all smudged up etc. I know we live in the Land of Dysfunction, but this was a half-baked job unlike any other. Enjoy that $12; that was the last one from me.

I bought their membership but everytime I pull up the sensor never works. Attendant comes out and gets my member code and manually lets me trough and obviously gives me a lower tier carwash. The employees then treat you like its your fault the system doesnt work. I used to like this carwash but I am cancelling and not coming back. P.S Fix the RF scanner,brushes,tire shine, bad customer support

Very bad customer service. The phone is never answered and you wait 3 to 4 days before getting a call back. Once I got a call back, I requested a refund of $29.95. The customer service person hung up the phone on me and of course, when I called back I had to leave a message. The owner is not local, its somewhere in Utah. Bad, stay away.

This business is negligent. If they cause damage to your vehicle, they will not give out their insurance information like any other respectable company. But, I found out that they're covered by Nationwide Insurance.

I used to use this car wash weekly... not anymore. All this loud music allowed here, and People smoking while I'm trying to vacuum. I have asthma ! This place is trash. I washed my car here because my niece spilled juice out the window and now my car is sticky. 12$ wash later there is still a print where the juice spilled, and there is dust on it. Total waste of money and time and now I have to go take a breathing treatment and Tylenol for my asthma and headache. Thanks for nothing!

Half the brushes and some of the sprayers are working with inside the car wash spoke to the manager and they offered me a free bug wash preventative treatment. Also most of the vacuums are clogged and it's difficult to find one during busy times that works also spoke to the manager about this as I am a monthly subscriber to their car wash service she explained that it's cheap what do you expect

New management is awful! No signs anywhere about the "rules" for the vacuums. An employee walks over and is extremely rude! Like some how I should know this? But then to stick around and harass me is completely unacceptable! There are plenty of cheaper car washes in town, guess I'll just go to one of those!

TOTAL RIP OFF. I used to use this car wash weekly. NO LONGER. New management changed the name to "Zips" and doubled the price. A basic wash that used to cost $3, now costs $7 with LESS SERVICE. They don't even spray the car before it goes into the wash anymore! They supposedly offer "free vacuums" but most don't even work!

I have taken my car here every week for many years, and because of the weather we have experienced, I missed a car wash for 3 weeks. I took my car to be washed on Sunday 3/11 and noticed a change: It's now Zips, and thank goodness they added a monthly membership. So instead of paying $50.00 per month for four car washes, now I can get unlimited, their top of the line car wash, every month, for $35? I signed up on the spot. FYI, from reading some of the reviews, I always bring a towel, as the air does not completely dry it. Because I wash my car weekly, it always come out clean.

I thought that place was great. Crowded but great. What do you expect for a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Vacuuming is free. Not bad for an $8 car wash. I am please.

A little annoyed that I left the car wash, still needing a car wash. Side of the car is better but back is horrible. Also not all vacuums work. So I wasn't able to vacuum. Just a half washed car.

This place is great... if you like to pay $13 to have soap still on your car when you leave. If you have an SUV, the back windshield and door won't be clean when you leave. I had to go to a self service car wash to wash off all the excess dirt and soap from the back and sides of my car. If I could give zero stars I would.
