Horrible customer service. I called before coming into this store and asked if a charm that I had originally purchased there for my daughter’s birthday a week prior could be placed on upon me bringing it in and they said yes. All to show up and be told no that I would have to leave it, I explained the situation that I would be out of town the next day, and Leslie said “there’s nothing I can do” and another girl there “Emily” who had a vape sitting next to her and rudely interrupted me saying “there’s others with more priority” when I kindly tried to explain what I had been told over the phone. Won’t be purchasing charms here anymore after I pick up my bracelet tomorrow. Thanks for bad communication, unsympathetic behavior and for disappointing my daughter on her birthday.

Whoever is answering the phone is very rude.. yesterday was my first time purchasing a James Avery charm to have soldered into a bracelet, so i forgot what time i needed to pick it up today. I asked very politely and was responded to with a "Why-don't-you-know-this-already" attitude..Also, while i was in there with my mother the lady that was "helping us" kept shooing my mother off. My mom has a slight Filipino accent so it takes patience to understand her, but it's not hard if you just listen. Definitely will be picking up my bracelet and going to a different location from now on.
