David and the ISW crew is amazing. for only $200 i got a suit that fits me perfectly. As a Marine veteran, i am a more muscular guy so i understand it was probably harder task at hand to make my suit fit me. I get compliments left and right, I can’t thank the ISW team enough.If you are looking for a suit, stop by ISW Menswear and David will get you right, i guarantee it.

I had a great experience shopping here today. The service is excellent and very efficient.I was greeted by Brad within 30 seconds of entering the store. Within 5 minutes I was in the dressing room with a suit jacket and pants. Only another 20 minutes I was walking our the door with my suit, jacket, dress shirt, and tie. This time frame even included hemming my pants to the right length.The only time Brad walked away to help another customer was when I was in the fitting room. When I stepped out, he was almost immediately there. You truly made this a personal experience.I did spend a little more than I planned, but this suit is beyond worth it. I will be back in a few weeks to pick up the matching vest!I will try to add photos when I can.

5 stars to MARK. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He gave us good deal and helped us to pick the best suits and shirts. helped with ordering several ties, and vests for my daughter’s wedding. We had so much stress going into the store and much less when we left! Thank you, Mark . Rose and all the staff were absolutely wonderful. . Overall, the store is very spacious and offers wonderful customer service. There are tons of options with different price ranges. Definitely recommend this store for your next purchase.

Went in to buy me some flat leather dress Steve Madden shoes but couldn't find my size. I met mama Rosa the Italian lady who called another store and got me my size immediately. Wonderful lady with instant feel-at-home customer service.Before mama Rosa, the only box size 10 box on the rack was empty, perhaps pilfered. Asked a male attendant for help. Instead, he led me away to another aile, persuading me to forget my choice and buy a less desirable brand. Anyway, two days later, mama Rosa called back. I returned to the store to pick up my lovely new shoes. She's the best!

Selection and customer service is great. My only complaint is the dirty dressing rooms. And they are bad! Otherwise, I was happy with my purchase and the help I received from Kevin. They even hemmed my slacks in like 5 minutes. Yes, that quick. There was a $35 charge to do it that fast, but I was given a $35 discount on the total purchase so it was basically a wash. I'd go back. For sure. But let's get those dressing rooms cleaned up and a fresh coat of paint .

Customer service is always bad. GM was on location today and l was directed to approach him by another store rep for help with catalog order. He was not willing to assist. In fact, he could care less about a customer. Don't go to this location. The sales representatives are not willing to help or assist at all, if, very little.

Good prices on the suits. The tailoring is something else to consider. I paid for the suit and the tailoring and had to bring it back 2 times and still the pants are not right. But I had to take the suit as we were leaving the country for a wedding. The pants are way too tight on the calves, the crotch and butt are too big and the sides were taken in too much and the pockets stick out. It's very weird.

If you are going to buy anything from here then please request Mark for assistance. I had different guy who helped us but i dont want to put his name. i had to do 3 times alterations. Overall, store is very spacious and friendly environment. There are tons of options with different price range. Definitely recommend this store for your next purchase.

I came to this location after searching far and wide and I have never been more pleased. Mark Ghani has been the most helpful and professional worker there. I have never seen a worker more involved with their customer and able to make them feel comfortable. If you come to ISW MENSWEAR ask for MARK GHANI. He is someone who's going to make me come repeatedly for all my events

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! DO NOT GO!!! THIS IS MY WARNING TO YOU!!! K&G is across the street the service will be better as well as help. I was returning a sweater and unfortunately for me I was scammed this weekend so I was waiting for my bank to send new debit card. But isw have a 7 day return policy so waiting for a card could but me over because I purchased Saturday and today is Monday. Lucky for me NFCU is great, but management did not want to speak to me nor resolve it except with" I can take your number and call when ISW has money" Management wouldn't speak to me y would I do that? Then they offered store credit but again mgmnt wouldn't come from back and speak with me so absolutely NO on store credit. My experience go at own risk.

Poor service. No one wanted to assist me. First time I came here they sent me to another store. Then that store sent back here. Ask for assistance in shoes she said didn't have then disappeared. One sales sitting on counter the other not doing anything. Dang you guys can't help a brother out.
