I have been here for two weeks and the manager at the front desk Ms. Barbara is a wonderful person, she goes over and beyond to make sure her guest are comfortable. The housekeeping staff is great, they come by once a week to clean your, and for as the location, I love it. Great job to the entire staff that works there, continue on doing a terrific job.
Rooms: Clean and comfortable
Walkability: Close to grocery stores, and eating places.

Yes, I’m currently staying at the Intown suites. It’s an awesome place with clean rooms. Awesome staff Barbara the manager she’s always willing to help me with anything I need and housekeeping comes around once a week to clean my rooms. Maintenance is always on point with everything would have to say this is a great place to stay with a good value. If you’re needing a place to stay and don’t wanna spend a lot of money, I suggest Intown suites.

I'm currently staying at the InTown suites and I would have to say is a great place the rooms are clean and well maintained also it's very quiet and no loud noise from the other tenants Barbara the manager she's always willing to help me with anything I need answer all my questions the housekeepers are awesome as well they come around once a week to clean my room all in all I give this place a 10-star rating on everything if you're looking for a place to stay and a good area clean rooms and good staff and with a good maintenance as well definitely choose InTown suites ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐?
Rooms: Rooms are clean and well maintained
Safety: It's a very safe area kid friendly highly recommend

I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 and waited until 12:15 and no one received me and no procedure was done so I want to cancel my reservation with you and get compensated because I waited in the rain and this is the worst service I will tell everyone

I want to say thank you to the general manager and her group for the amazing service. They provided me last three months. They’re amazing people very clean very courteous and always answer. Thank you so much for making my journey more bearable.
Rooms: The rooms are assembled and away that make it seem as if it was your own Appliances, bed, restroom, cabinets, dresser drawer, and closet are provided.
Safety: Floodlight automatically turn on at night so you can see where you walk if you’re wary of strangers.
Walkability: Parking is available for people to get to their units quickly and efficiently.

I’ve stayed at this extended stay hotel several times. Staff and management is hands-on and quick to respond. Full size refrigerator, micro, kitchen sink make my longer stays so much more pleasant! Nice to be able to walk to a convenience store, too.

So far so good. Ms Barbara at the front desk is awesome and so gracious and helpful.
Rooms: Rooms are smal but clean and well kept
Nearby activities: Great location for food and Walmart and nail shops ect
Food and drinks: Plenty places

Hi Barbara,
The last thing I said to you was that I'd write a scathing review about how terrible and RACIST of a person you are and let the world know. If you are thinking about staying here search the lowest reviews and other black customers have complained about the same treatment. This is one of the nastiest people that I've ever met in my life.
July of 2023 I relocated from FL to take a job in Dallas and chose Intown Suites because of the prices. I was not a short term resident. This was going to be home for a while until I realized that the job was worth it before signing a lease somewhere. With that said I didn't just bring luggage. I unpacked my life in this room. I moved in on a Saturday but didn't get a chance to put everything away before Monday morning which was my first day on the new job. My new job required me to work 12-14 hour shifts many days. That first day I got a voicemail from Barbara saying that my room was "a mess" and that per policy rooms must remain clean blah blah blah. I was pissed! There's a difference between filth and a new resident trying to unpack everything with moving boxes still stacked. I called Barbara and checked her IMMEDIATELY. I explained to her the nature of my job, the hours, the layover shifts where I'd be gone for two days.. everything.. and that I would need a little bit of time to put everything away.
Because of my hours I elected to have the office auto deduct my weekly rate. I had a corner room which are smaller than most rooms but I had a bunch of stuff. My closet had work uniforms, regular clothing, winter clothing. I brought in extra storage and shoe racks to try and keep things as tidy as possible. This was never enough. I was constantly harassed for essentially having too much stuff for a small room.
Let's talk about the room itself. It was remodeled which is the only plus. My mattress was cheap with a slump in it that gave me back pain. I complained about it for months and they never switched it out. My bed frame broke. It took 2 months for them to fix. The refrigerator leaked water. The toilet leaked water. It overflowed once before I went to work at 2am. I'm not going to be late for work because of THEIR issue. I was "reprimanded" for the mess it made which was absolutely ridiculous. Don't let her lie to you. There are still numerous rooms that are still roach infested. Whatever pest control they have doesn't work.
Things took a turn for the worst when they said that because my bathtub had a crack in it that they would basically have to move me to another room so they could fix it. Their fear was that it would leak into the laundry room before. I told them that I work too many hours and make too much money to have to take off from work to get this done. The room that they wanted me to move into was FILTHY and not remodeled. I tried to meet them halfway and ask that if I could just shower in the second room while they got the bathtub fixed ASAP. They refused. They gave me through the weekend to try and move out but I was exhausted from my 65 hour work week. I didn't have the juice to do it. Long story short I moved out before my renewal but Barbara still charged my card. She stole $400 from me. I had to report fraud to get my money back. I had a package sent that she refused and sent back to sender KNOWING I would come back to get it.
Barbara is a racist woman and I can't believe she still has a job after years of documented incidents just here in the reviews. Corporate won't do a thing. DO NOT STAY HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I'm still here about 3 months now and I'm enjoying my cozy little living space. Barbara is always eager to help, and the entire staff is friendly. Great location too.

The entire staff from Barbs, Lana, to Desmond are amazing ? Always great customer service with Barbs shes always smiling an actually treats you as a real person. Never had an issues with our room, laundry room or neighbors. Loved how everything was so conveniently near by. Definitely stop by if you need help or have questions.
