This is the camera Guy ?? this is the best place to live period and visit clean rooms nice management beautiful guy I can not give This place more stars it’s better than any place I have stayed come to Texas try them out
Rooms: When I first started coming here I got a room and looked at it then thought to myself this is the best room I have ever seen I can live here forever

I had a great stay the hotel manager is the best he was always kind and anything I needed he made sure I received it. The hotel was clean the bed was soft I didn’t have any pest problems. I stayed there three months and it was a great stay.

We received great customer service. The employees at the front desk were awesome . The rooms were ok but there was roaches in the rooms . One guy came n checked the radiator because it was smoking at one point he said I'll brb with another one but never showed up. Housekeeping supposed to be on Thursdays but they never. Cleaned up or vacuumed the floors . They did however gave us clean sheets . They only give you. Clean towels when ya check in.The cost needs to be lower almost 2k for a hotel for a month is a lot..,

I went to get a room here and was never told that any guests had to show id before making the reservation. I told the guy behind the register that lost wallet and he didn't care not one bit!! He QUICKLY said "I can't check you in bc it says for 2" Didn't even give me a chance to go drop my guest off before canceling my reservation. On TOP of that charged me for a night's stay!! How is that even fair even they don't do nightly stays??! I feel very much cheated out of money. I left a message for the gm to call me back... this was last week..never called. I want my money back!! This wasn't right at all

My stay at this hotel was amazing. Lisa is always considerate every time she comes by our room, she always tries to go above and beyond. My only issue staying there was this housekeeping lady with the glasses, she's rather lazy and constantly gets her phone out to text or something, and she would get annoyed whenever we ask for any minor requests.

This is the worsts suites!!! $500 a week, the trash was full and smelled when we checked in, front desk is rude and the room had roaches. Don't dare bring your kids to this place. You will soon regret spending your hard earned money. There's dried up blood in breezeways, maintenance looks sketchy. You can get better rooms and service in the hood... Do not be fooled by the word renovated. I wouldn't put my worst enemy here.. Roaches.... Roaches... Roaches

So grateful for this place. We just checked in today and already a great first impression. The General Manager Greg was extremely understanding and genuine. Relocating to Arlington from South Texas has many different stresses, so the swift check in was very very appreciated. Thank you so much. ?

This place has been like a home away from home. Everyone has been super nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and updated. They are very consistent with the upkeep and maintenance of the building. BEST place I've stayed at in Arlington!
