Buy this bed – it is wonderful, worth every penny. Great product, great customer service great long term support.We have had our Innova Sleep Systems- bed for over 10 years, if not more … after a recent knee surgery, we were using it more often, and this last satturedy it was stuck in place.We called the 800 number on the remote over the weekend, spoke to a women who asked all the right questions, and said someone would call Monday Morning.Got the call today, Monday morning – I began with – I am sure I am past the warranty and if we need a new motor, and we would pay for it we loved the bed.The wonderful lady said, sure but lets see if she could trouble shoot it for me, and in a few short minutes the bed was back up and running. No charge, no need for new motor.In conclusion this bed and the adjustable features of this bed are incredible. Being able to elevate the head and foot of the bed independently allows for a customizable sleeping position that caters to my specific needs. Whether we want to read, watch TV, or simply relax in bed, we can effortlessly adjust the bed to the perfect angle for maximum comfort.The build quality of the bed is exceptional. It is well-constructed, and is a strong as it was when it was purchased - over a decade ago. It is really a great mattress.We appreciate the quiet motorized mechanism that smoothly adjusts the bed without any noisy at all. It is easy and smooth no disruptions, ensuring a peaceful sleeping environment.Another great feature of this adjustable bed is its massage functionality. The built-in massage motors offer various i massage helping to relieve tension and promote relaxation. It's like having a personal masseuse right in my bedroom!

DO NOT DO IT....if your disabled, kmpaired, had recrnt injuries. Elderly or more....these off shore, mostly vhinese products do not correlate well, especially. Replacement parts. There is no way. EVERYTHING TO SMOOZE YOU, sweet then silence. There is no I dication these ladies know the mechanics of these beds. The motor & change parts are mid bed, UNDERNEATH & unless your a squirrel you can't get to them. If you can, they've melded to the motor by heat or glue or God knows what. I say NO....a square peg cannot be replaced by a round hole...ugh! Wasted time, money & health

We really like our adjustable bed with vibrator. After almost three years one of the remote controls wouldn’t work. I called customer service very late at night. My call was answered immediately by a real person. She took my information and a tech notion called me back in just a few hours. She told me exactly what to do to reset the remote. Everything is great again. No one can ever expect a better product and customer service. Thank you, Innova.

I was in need of a quality adjustable bed quickly due to esophageal issues. I worked with my mattress dealer to get a queen sized Innova adjustable base. I sleep so much better with my head elevated - actually sleeping through the night for the first time in decades. Great product at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it to a friend or family member. In fact, I already have!
