The staff at Guaranteed tire & Auto service always proved best service. IT Dosent matter if it tires or oil change. They work hard an give best Customer service.

Had my car towed there to have a flat tire replaced with a used one and have an oil change done. I go to pick up my car and the tire that I was given was bare. My bright lights and windshield wipers didn't work and I had two malfunction showing that weren't there before. One for brake fluid and one for my display. I confronted the store front about the issues and he simply stated how do we know it wasn't working before it was dropped off. He then suggested I pay for a diagnostic check to see if they can correct the issue. In addition when I mentioned how bare the tire was the store front claimed it passed inspection and when I asked who inspected it he stated he did. Shady business would not recommend.

Worst place ever, don't ever go here, every time they so called fixed something on my truck the mess some else up on it.., I have a 2012 Land Rover they did my upper and lower control arms in the rear, lateral arms and a wheel alignment.. they broke my brake wear sensor, twisted the boots on my lateral arms and they had my wheel going in at the top, which caused wear on the inside of my tires.., causing me to have to buy new tires, they denied everything as far as the alignment they fixed everything else. I would still strongly recommend that you DON'T GO HERE EVER!! Wouldn't even give it a star but I can post without at least giving them one smfh

They don't seem to know how to diagnosis or recommend anything on vehicle repairs. Don't waste your money going here, take it somewhere else! Would give negative stars if it was possible

Have had the shop do maintemance and work on my daughter's Mazda...I drive an AWD Audi Cabriolet that needed water pump/thermostat, oil pump and control arms replaced...when my Audi dealer quoted me a crazy # in excess of $4000, I decided to check with ownership and get a pulse of their confidence to do the repairs. Without hesitation, they ordered the parts from Audi (not the aftermarket route), got all repairs done in the time frame promised, and did it for 1/2 of what dealer was charging! I recommend them highly for auto service and recommend even stronger if you drive a high $$ vehicle that carries high $$ repairs..thanks again for helping my family keep my money in my household!!

What a great experience I had with Basset purchasing a vehicle! Easy hassle free car buying. Definitely will buy at Import Auto Sales again and recommend anyone who maybe on the fence to go check them out. Took great care of me.

Very disappointed in GUARANTEED TIRE AND AUTO SERVICE. We have two vehicles that needed service and decided to use them because one has a warranty that is partnered here. The first vehicle was having AC problems in April. It was fixed, however, 20 days after the service, the AC was going in and out again. We brought the vehicle back to the shop, but was told that they did not see a problem. After leaving with the vehicle again, we again started experiencing the issue after about two weeks. Brought the vehicle back to Guaranteed and now they want over a THOUSAND dollars to fix something that they either missed or they do minor fixes to put a band aide on the issue so that you are paying multiple diagnostic tests, multiple labor charges and added parts. I believe this is a scam to bring your car back over and over because they just did the same thing with an engine stalling problem on my second vehicle. please save some money. DO NOT USE GUARANTEED TIRE AND AUTO SERVICE.
