Imagine Nation has been exceptional since our daughter joined at just 2 months old. The staff is so loving and kind. We know she is well taken care of in our absence, giving us peace of mind. The center always smells fresh and looks clean. It is well maintained. The center is a Home Away from Home for Our Little One!

My son attended this daycare for about a year. We LOVED it at first. The original woman who was director was amazing, and his teachers were amazing. About 8 months in mrs.Debbie began being at the daycare consistently and staff in his classroom was changing frequently. So frequently I wouldn’t even know the name of the people caring for my child. My son has had ear infections pretty consistently and is showing signs of being on the spectrum, but he is too young to be tested at this point. He began biting. I understand biting is not okay, but I also understand that biting is a developmental phase and often times has causes. When I would come to pick my son up I would be told he didn’t bite that day, but the next day I would have to sign an incident report for the previous day. It got to the point I wasn’t being given the incident reports and I was being told he wasn’t biting. One day mrs. Debbie and I had a conversation and she let me know he did in fact always bite and she would have a conversation with the staff regarding communication. I worked with my job to get me on a hybrid schedule so i could stay home with him 3 days a week. On the 1st week he did not bite at all, the 2nd week he did not bite 1 day but did bite the 2nd day. I was told at 11Am when I picked him up that day he would not be getting kicked out, at 5pm that same day I got a call from Mrs.Debbie stating a parent threatened to call the state and report them and my son could not return the next day. This was 1 day into the tuition week, so I requested a refund. I then had to wait 2 weeks to get that refund. Even with me calling and stating I needed it to move him to a new daycare. I waited to make this review because something felt off. My son never but at home or with the other children in his family. We have moved him to a new daycare and after about a month and a half he has had 0 biting incidents! I understand the daycare must protect themselves but the way this was handled was completely unprofessional. Who kicks a kid out of daycare at 5PM on a Tuesday night?! I’m blessed my job is so understanding because other companies would have fired me had I not been able to come in for 2 weeks because I couldn’t afford another daycare. When I finally did get the refund I got it in cash from a box they had onsite at the daycare, why was that not utilized to begin with when I explained I could not work until I got him in another daycare? A year ago this daycare was amazing and was a godsend to a young single mom like myself, I can’t say the same for it now. Definitely wish old management and staff had stuck around.

OTHER PARENTS NEED TO BEWARE: the "co-owner" ASHLEY FERGUSON will threaten you with information in your child's personal file. When I was thinking about enrolling, the director raved about how this is a family-run company that is caring and holds their values closely. However, based on my experience with "Ashley Ferguson", if I could give zero stars, I would. This individual is the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever met in my life. First, my account was overdrafted by their mistake. I was understanding and the director assured me it would be taken care of. It took way longer than they said but we got it back. The following week, my son had to go to the ER and I reached out to see if we could make an arrangement to hold his spot because honestly, I couldn't afford to miss work to care for my son and pay for a full week of tuition. The director let me know I wouldn't be charged because my son was technically withdrawn, but of course, I was. Once the "co-owner" called me, she was rude immediately. She said there's nothing they could do and I would need to contact my bank for a stop payment. So much for care, right? I advised that I work at a bank and know that you can't put a stop payment on a transaction that has already gone through and asked if we could please have it refunded. She said that I would need to wait for her to be able to refund me, even though she already confirmed that I was charged. The call escalated when the lady raised her voice and told me she wasn't worried about $240. I said it sure seems like she's pressed over it, to which she began to berate and mock me about saying "pressed" when speaking about business. She said she uses that with her "homegirls". She continued to mock me when I said I would just proceed with withdrawing him by saying, "You wanted him to come back" like this is the only option for care. She then said, "You said you work for a bank? Who's your employer?" When I refused to answer, she said, "Don't worry, I'll get it from your son's file, and they will definitely hear about this!" I went to the daycare to speak with the director and gather my son's belongings. There, the director said I must have been confused and there was no way that she would have been threatening my employment. I asked if we could call her together, and she refused. So, I called from my phone and she answered. I asked if she could clarify for us what she meant by contacting my employer. She yelled at me, "If this isn't about your account, I'm hanging up." I looked at the director like, well there you go. She was still on the phone and said, "I'm only 12 minutes away, I can come up there," to which I responded, "Please do." While sitting patiently in the office with the director and crying because this whole situation has been wildly inappropriate, I see three police officers pull into the parking lot. Knowing that the "co-owner" called them on me, I went outside to speak with the officer. He asked what was going on, and I explained the situation. Then, the "co-owner" pulled in the parking lot, hopped out of her car, and started belligerently screaming, "SHE DON'T KNOW ME" to which the officer told her to go inside the building. He then took the rest of my statement and advised that I could go on about my day. Ashley Ferguson needs to be fired because she clearly doesn't care about people and can't handle herself in a disagreement. She threatened to use my employer listed in my son's personal file (which I'm sure has to be against privacy regulations) to compromise my employment because she didn't like the way a phone call was going. Then, after offering to come to speak with me in person, she called the police on me. She's a joke, and CLEARLY PRESSED.

I tried calling to get some info about enrollment and while they said they currently aren’t accepting new enrollments (which is fine) I was then hung up on mid sentence. I was pleased to see a daycare center with such a high rating but disappointed with the short interaction.

I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to be lied to and then be told it’s not their fault. So disappointed with our experience

Absolutely love this place. My baby has been there since he was 7 weeks old. They are so attentive and loving. I have no worries he is not in good hands and it is so reassuring when he gets a big smile on his face when he gets dropped off in the mornings!!!

My wife and I have been so impressed and pleased with our experience here. Our now kindergartener still talks about how much he enjoyed his time here and our one-year-old loves it, too.The communication with parents is outstanding and the staff truly cares about every child. The engagement with the kids is evident and the curriculum has helped promote growth for both of our children.

LOVE THIS PLACE❤️ So dear to my heart I have my 3yr old twins and 8month old daughter here, my oldest also attended before she started school and she loved this place. They are so attentive my heart was so heavy leaving my babygirl at 2months but they made the transition so easy my babygirl loves her teachers and is always so happy , my twins have developed social skills and speech way faster than they would’ve at home. Thank you ladies for everything those little babies are my life and you guys had me it so easy for me to able to work without any concerns that my kids are not safe !!!!

This is my fourth daycare for my little spitfire daughter. It's so hard to find a place that can handle a high needs kid but this place delivers. Back when I came on my lunch break to nurse my daughter in the infant room, her teachers were hustling the whole time trying to give bottles and comfort unhappy little ones and just doing their best to give all the babies what they needed. I swear the women in that room have more than two arms! You may think this should be standard but in my experience it is not. My little girl is now in the 2 year old classroom and thriving. She gets the stimulation she needs and it's obvious every single teacher in the building adores her. We will stay as long as we can.

My child has been attending the facility located on Chaperito Trail, Arlington, TX for two years now, and we are very pleased with the staff at this facility. Our daughter always has a great time, and is excited to go everyday. My wife and I are pleased with the faith based curriculum that they offer. This facility lives up to the name learning center, our daughter is learning new things all the time. If you're looking for a place that is more than just a daycare than this is it.
