I've tried contacting H&R Block numerous times via phone and email but have never received any returned communication. Terrible company! I'd never use them for my tax returns.

My parents used this H&R Block location. When mom and dad passed away in 2021 and 2020, I used them for closing out their taxes. Tony Bui was the one that assisted me both times, he's very professional and helpful. He knew exactly what to do for filing taxes for my deceased parents. Highly recommend Tony!

I recently did my taxes here and unfortunately Angelica Martinez was assigned to assist me.. She is literally the worse person I've ever filed my tax with. She did not give me any opportunity to ask questions and when she did, she was being so rude and tried to rush me to sign paperwork the whole time and did not clarify anything to me. As soon as I was done she had another appointment awaiting so I'm guessing that's the reason why she was rushing me to get out.Anyways, if you are looking to file your taxes DO NOT GO TO ANGELICA MARTINEZ!

In all the years of doing taxes here I have never been so ignored waiting for taxes to be filed over 2 weeks ago still nothing I came in wanting both mine and fathers at the same time done only for them to want me to leave my fathers there for file without me there and I can’t get ahold of them I’m not happy I’m a single mother needing to get as much money as I can right now I’m not at all satisfied these should have been filed already I didn’t want to leave the papers there in first place
