Booked this hotel for a business trip. There was only one room available when I checked in online, reluctantly took that room on the first floor. After walking through a maze for what seemed like a mile with heavy luggage I found that my digital key would not open the door and that my room was located right next to a side entry door. I walked another mile back to the front desk where I I had wait because a gentleman in front of me had reserved a room and there were no rooms ready despite it being after check in time. I was going to ask for a different room but after hearing that there were no rooms I just asked for a key. Walked another mile down through a maze to get back to my room. Upon entry I was hit with a pond like musty smell. The room didn't appear to be too bad. Until I saw the bed. It was not your typical hotel bed, instead it was extremely low to the the ground, about mid calf height and broken, it sagged in the middle because it was on a metal bed frame. There was no way that I was going to get any sleep on this bed. I checked the bathroom, it was a handicap bathroom and the toilet seat was dirty, The handle to the fridge was black from many people touching it.
I walked back to the front desk after loading my things in my car because there was no way I was going to stay at this hotel. I went to the front desk and there were six people in line and the line did not move for several minutes. I decided to leave and booked the Hyatt Across the Street which was 100% better.
I ended up calling the front desk about 15 minutes after I left to say that I was checking out and told them about the state of the room. The kicker....they charged my company card for the night because it was outside the cancellation window. I would understand if I canceled it because of other circumstances, but I canceled because of the state of the hotel.
The location may be good, but do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I highly recommend the Hyatt across the street and I am a Hilton Gold Member.

It’s funny still to me. Can’t believe it’s under Hilton. Staff was rude. Could not check in in the afternoon because the room is not ready. Lots of guests are waiting in the lobby. And the front desk staff doesn’t care at all. I wanted to get refunded if possible. Still upset.

the fridge not working properly, the bathroom sink partially clogged, and there is cockcaroches....the issues were reported 3 times to the front desk, it was a waste of time. Breakfast taste like rubber and
the area is not safe to go out at night as well. This hotel is comparable with Motel 8.

Stayed in Room#106 for Texas Rangers game. Stayed 2 nights. Very clean room. Entire hotel smelled clean too. Good location-7min drive to Globe Life. Excellent a/c. Excellent water pressure. Great noon check out time. Great hot breakfast. Decor in room outdated and showing wear but for the room price the overall experience was good. Staff very friendly. Likly to return.

I've been a hilton member for some time, and I've had great communication and customer service . This last time was not as great, Im not sure if some of the front desk staff was under trained or just new from booking to just general questions, it was hard getting answers we needed however no one was rude they were all polite ...maybe next will be better ?? overall we enjoyed our mini vacation

This hotel is undergoing renovations so pardon the mess. Our room, although comfy and cool, the door to the second room would not shut. There was a crack on the wall above the frame. So I'm guessing they will fix that room during the remodel. A little dated compared to the other Homewood Suites I've stayed at, but it seems they are addressing the issue.
There were no silverware in the kitchen area. One of the plates that I pulled from the cabinet was dirty ?
Location is great, near six flags and the ball park.
Walkability: Walking distance to Six Flags and even Globelife Ball Park if you don't want to pay to park and fight traffic.

The rooms were not super bad, maybe a few things bad. the pullout couch was dirty
SERVICE WAS BAR, The breakfast was terrible not many options and very cheap
The hotel is DIRTY, I know they are remodeling which is good, the carpet is gross and dirty, elevator is sketchy and stairwell is gross with the dirty red carpet.
The place is a maze, whoever built it wasn’t thinking straight
Outside and Hotle rooms do not shut or lock well, SUPER DANGEROUS

Nothing works on the Hilton website. Can't check in, can't use the key, can't check out.

‼️ The dirtiest, outdated Hilton I've ever stayed in. We are diamond members, so we've been to a lot. I expect more than this!!! The hallway carpets were so dirty and lumpy. They needed to be stretched - A huge tripping hazard. They actually bed to be REPLACED. The walls and doors in our room were disgusting. Blood on our floor. Broken, nasty, mismatched tile in the bathroom. The door to our room didn't latch properly. You had to throw your body into it to lock it. The pool was closed for "renovations". The coffee was disgusting. The best part of the hotel was the walking distance to Bombshells. When we come back to Arlington next spring, we definitely won't be coming to this hotel‼️
Noteworthy details: Definitely not up to Hilton standards

The overall condition of the hotel was not well kept. No vacuuming had been done in the hallways or stairways. The room was ok, but I saw inspect splatter on the wall that had been there for a while. Overall the room was older as well. I do not recommend this hotel

We enjoy going to this location. It’s only a few minutes from attractions. They have indoor pool and gym is nice too!

Our room was clean with no unpleasant odours and we had a suite with a lounge/kitchen and separate bedroom and we loved the design.
It's beginning to undergo renovations - and it needs it. We couldn't see out of some of the windows in our room because they were so cloudy. And the full-sized refrigerator dropped condensate into the refrigerator part AND froze the food on the top shelf.
The fitness center a/c was not working and the water dispenser had not been replenished.
I brought all these issues to the attention of the desk staff but nothing was ever done except telling me that it would be reported to "management". A stock response that inferred they were not empowered to act.
By way of compensation they added some points to my account.
Very overpriced.

This hotel was dirty, and the staff was rude and had no clue what they were doing. Also, I'd like to point out that an Adult Entertainment Venue shares the parking lot. I was unaware of this and I felt very unsafe. We left to go pay the same amount at the new Loews Hotel. DO NOT STAY

When I got into town I was absolutely exhausted. Unfortunately the Hilton app didn’t allow me to check in without stopping at the front desk so I had to wait for a long time for the girl to get off the phone with somebody else who was staying there and had issues with their room.
When I got to my room, the first thing I noticed was the Dust and debris in the hallway from construction that they’re doing, right next to the room that I was staying in. Did end up interfering with my respiratory issues by the time I left.
I go in the room and I noticed what appeared to be food splatter all over the walls in the kitchen area. I always check to make sure there are no bedbugs and when I pulled back the blankets, I saw that the fitted sheet doesn’t even fit over the mattress. Kind of trashy, especially for how much I spent to stay here.
I was excited that there was a ceiling fan, but there was no way to turn it on, the switch was broken. I tried to turn on the TV, but only a couple of local stations worked.
I could not close the shower curtain because the rod was broken. When it was time to eat, I noticed that most of the silverware was missing in the kitchen area.
Did I mention the giant cockroach I saw dead in the hallway on my way to breakfast?
My second day in the hotel, I noticed it was even harder to breathe than my first day. That’s all right, their construction workers left the door to the room next to me open… The room that’s under construction and causing thick layers of dust absolutely everywhere.
I wish I had read the reviews first, but I was in a hurry to get a room.
For $150 a night, I feel like I was robbed.

Stay awake and don’t get on the elevator. Used the elevator once worked fine, got back on with 4 adults and 4 children. 1100 lbs at most, sign said 2500 max so we were well under the max weight. Freaked my 6 yo grand child out when it wouldn’t move or door open. Nothing like toting baby beds and suitcases up to the 3rd floor.
