It’s funny still to me. Can’t believe it’s under Hilton. Staff was rude. Could not check in in the afternoon because the room is not ready. Lots of guests are waiting in the lobby. And the front desk staff doesn’t care at all. I wanted to get refunded if possible. Still upset.

the fridge not working properly, the bathroom sink partially clogged, and there is cockcaroches....the issues were reported 3 times to the front desk, it was a waste of time. Breakfast taste like rubber and the area is not safe to go out at night as well. This hotel is comparable with Motel 8.

Nothing works on the Hilton website. Can't check in, can't use the key, can't check out.
